I got my nails done by Tom, we went to the counter to pay and he up charged me more than ever before. Normally I do get the razzle dazzle. But this time I got something simple! He literally took my card and swiped it. I had to call my bank as that was not an authorized charge. The place is dirty at all time, customer service doesn’t exist here. The lady that does brows sucks, she will literally Jack up your brows and walk away. The smell is so bad you will need more than 2 mask. My MIL was cut many of times, 2 of my sisters were constantly getting up charged for basic nails, just cause Tom does what he wants at times! We have all found a new place, and this place would never be our last resort!Services: Pedicure

Definitely a family business. Very sweet lady that I had. Got a manicure with clear polish only. Knocked off one star for the hand massage. It was great and seemed like it lasted a few minutes on my right hand. Then my left hand only got a massage for a few seconds. :(Note that all the 1 star reviews are from years ago. I have only been there once, but not too bad. Prices are good! They also have a lady that does massages.Service: Manicure

Nails look great but so painful. left bleeding and cuticles all cut up. went because said they could fit both me and my bsf in at same time but took about an hour and a half for both of us and one at a time.

I have to admit, I'm very shocked to see the reviews are so bad because I just randomly walked in this shop tonight desperate to find a good nail tech bc my original lady would not take me. I was greeted by Tom, the owner who was actually getting ready to close up, but he decided to take me without an appointment. I told Tom that I couldn't find anyone who could do a good Ombré, and he pulled out his phone and showed me how he is the MASTER of ombrés! I felt so relieved after seeing his work. He told me his full background and experience in doing nails, and showed me that he was going to make sure that I left happy. I could really see he has a passion for what he does. All of his equipment was clean, and he makes his own powders, which is impressive. I am so excited to show off my beautiful nails. This guy is great. Trust me on this one!

Went in for a manicure and left bleeding. While I completely understand that every business is different, it was a disappoint to request my nails to be clipped and not have them "shaped" instead. The tech did not clip, shine, or massage. Hplease be wary of this establishment.

We made an appointment for 5 people to have pedicures. We get there and are told that there will be only 1 person performing the pedicures. Is that OK? What? We are going to wait for each person individually to get a pedicure when we made a reservation for a group? Why in the world would you schedule us to come in only to tell us you could not take care of us? We left. Never going back. Don't depend on getting in, even when you make an appointment.
