This carwash used to be good when it first opened. I went about 6 months, and it did a horrible job. I actually had to come finish it up with a chamois. Today I decided to try it again since it has been a while and it sucked. It left several spots and once again I had come to home and spot wash it. Of course again it is out of receipts. Learned my lesson never again will I use HEB carwash.

The car wash itself does a decent job, but it costs just as much as the staffed car washes nearby where they towel dry your car for you and add tire shine.

H‑E‑B car wash is a desperate man's car wash. Yes, it blows water at your car. But no, it does not get your car terribly clean, even with the top option $13.99 (was supposed to have "spot free clean, wax, wheel cleaning, as well as the standard wash). See in photos, the top of my car looked like it hadn't been washed at all (not super heavy dirt, just water spots from the recent rain when my car was outside). If there are more than 2 cars in line, don't bother. I've waited in line for an hour for "just a few cars" - this applies to any of the H‑E‑B car washes. I appreciate that it's an option, but I would really not recommend unless you just want some water blown over your car. BEWARE

This HEB Car wash is pretty good and the price is alright for this place. I will agree that the line is really long but I love this place and management has done a great job so far.

Not so effective Will not recommend this if you want your car to look great. Watch out for any scratches on the car after the wash

I decided to get a carwash after getting gas, about 2 weeks ago and the brush took my rail off the top of my car. Ripped it off? still haven't heard back from anyone about the damages done.

This is THE slowest car wash in the history of car washes. If Moses from the office was here licking cars it would be 1000% faster. Plus I feel there would be a human connection forged from the licking process at least. Each car is a minimum 15 minutes for the basis process. You may be stuck here for an hour. On the other hand, if you are into Russian literature, bring along some Tolstoy and the time will "fly by" Further, not even the best wash in town for the time spent. Save your 10 bucks, and reach out to Mose.

Be warned: HEB Gas/Car wash on Gattis School Road in Round Rock may have lax CC security. This location accepted a fraudulent payment on my Visa card. Fortunately, Chase alerted me and the fraud will be investigated.

Why is there always a huge line for this car wash? All the reviews say the car wash is terrible and the price went up so it isn't even cheap anymore? I've ALMOST waited in line for this car wash but refuse to based on the reviews here. Wish there was a cheap alternative in the area without a ridiculous line.

I chose the ultimate wash, extremely disappointed. My car was not too filthy when I went through and I think the wash made my car even dirtier. Will not be using them again.

Very impressed with their entrance operation! During this pandemic, they went the extra mile to keep everyone safe by supplying hand sanitizer before entering the store and cleaning each cart before giving them to customers. Staff was professional and very friendly! Rare I write a review, but they deserve it. Good work HEB humans! A+++

Visited this HEB for the first time a couple of days ago, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how chill and well handled the store was. Grocery shopping is even more of a chore now, thanks to that downplayed, horrible a**, ridiculously ill-handled PANDEMIC. But the friendly & professional staff made things great! The store was quite stocked, actually. Of course, there were a few empty shelves (no rice and no half and half) but understandably so. So thanks, HEB employees at Bastrop. Y'all made my 5th Covid19 grocery run a little less lame... A LOT less, actually!
