A big shout out to Wanda, Demetria and Callie !!!! I just opened a new account today and these ladies helped me out with their out going friendly, professional and speedy service !!!! We have been using Frontier Bank ever since we moved from Houston to Bastrop in 2017. Their serviced are great and the entire staff super friendly and professional. We do our personal banking there and a small business. Highly recommend them.

I have been using Frontier Bank for the past few years and I find that the location in Bastrop is so much friendlier. I tried the bank in Elgin but all I ever get are recordings and leave messages. I have yet to hear a real operator. Anyway, their staff is always helpful and caring and they will go out of their way to help any way they can. Thank you Frontier Bank for staying connected to your customers and not becoming to big to talk to us little guys.

Opened a free checking account. Was asked if I wanted checks, I said yes. I was charged 23.** Two weeks later without ever being told, or that I would be charged when asked as I would have declined. I spoke with the young lady who opened the account for me and her response was "ok". Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I will write my checks I've paid for and close the account. Very disappointed by this. Very deceptive way to do business.

I am a regular customer of Frontier Bank of Texas I usually use the Elgin bank but today I was in Bastrop so I decided to use the Bastrop office. I asked for the notary and was directed to the notary's office but another cashier offered to notarize a piece of paper for me. As my paper was hand-written your teller proceeded to tell me that he could not notarize it but instead of Turning Me Away. He found the form that I needed printed it out and handed it to me. His kindness made me cry. My husband recently passed away and now my father is in hospice 24-hours care. I want to thank both branches for hiring such a wonderful staff and human beings God bless you.
