I have been shopping at this location for years. Today I wanted to shop for some bathroom products. Unfortunately, I had to use the ladies room in the middle of shopping. I asked the clerk for the bathroom key. She informed me that she had to open it herself and that I would have to wait until the line was gone. I asked her if there was anyone else in the store. She informed me that she was working alone and just to be wait. I waited for the line to finish, and then she denied me access to the restroom. I asked her for the name and number of the supervisor to file a complaint about this policy, and not allowing there to be more than one person in the store. She denied me any contact information of a manager. She proceeded to argue with me, and disrespect me by telling me I had no common sense. I informed her that I was now going to follow up a complaint against her as well. Initially I only wanted to state that it was not fair not having more than one person in the store. I stated someone could really be stealing things and you would never know. Plus it's not safe. She told me I needed to go next door to use the restroom. And still continued to deny me a name and number for a supervisor. I asked the clerk for her name as well, she denied me that as well. I feel very disrespected, this happened today at 11:02. I went online to file a complaint or to contact customer service. I was unable to even find the store online. I will be contacting customer service Monday morning and filing a complaint against poor policy regulations. And denying customers in Bastrop access to speak up online through the company website.

It's my favorite place to shop for a quick trip to the store, always clean and very friendly employees, and i always find what I'm looking for at a great price.

Didn’t have a chance to purchase anything since the cashier today @6:40PM 5/5/23 was constantly chatting with a customer when the line was building up. I literally waited 7 minutes before I decided to leave my basket and walk out. What ticked me off was the fact that the employee didn’t even knowledge the line behind me already.

Got what I needed. Store a bit of a mess but think they are short handed so wont hold it against them. At least they are open. Every other time I go to Dollar tree they are closed. Friendly staff. Good store.

This is a brand new store. They've got some good help. And, it's a dollor tree company. So can get some of the best dollor items. We shop there 3/4 times a week.Still really good help, but , like everywhere else . Prices just keep going up.

I had never been here before. Seems to have a little of everything. I was looking for a notebook. Walked out with toilet paper and paper plates and notebooks and construction paper and pens. I appreciate that they have some dollar tree items for a dollar. I was really hoping for a dollar tree, but there doesn't seem to be one in the area. I spent about $30, not sure I would have spent less anywhere else.Update - it's been a while. Waited in line for ever. Ok place to go for party supplies in a rush.

Workers are so rude.At the front door it says they close at 10:00 but you get here and they really close at 9pm

The worst service ever. I just went to buy some candies, and the 2 lady at the cashier just insulting and talking trash about their coworkers, they couldn't wait for the customers to get out? Really infront of my child? My child has never hear that many cuss words!

Cashier was friendly store was a little messy not much for school supplies like workbooks no kind of learning educational toys,flashcards,or books. just basics like crayons and markers
