If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually like this location as everyone is professional, has good customer service and I’m typically happy with my purchase/sale. Today I had Amy and she was very rude. She cut me off mid conversation to tell me she wouldn’t accept anything we brought in. Mind you, at a glance around the store we found many items alike to ours. She didn’t say they had too many, just no. We then brought in a sound system, hooked all 5 speakers up, THEN she tells us no on that as well even though one in the same condition was literally right behind us. I let her know her customer service was short of par and she says, ”that’s your opinion.” I will never be going back to this location except to speak with the manager in hopes that this will be corrected. Just because you sold an item doesn’t mean Amy has good customer service. It doesn’t end at “welcome in, how can I help you”.
