I recommend everyone to be careful with there kids and even themselves there's I believe he's a young guy I'm only 18 and he wouldn't leave me alone kept making a conversation but also following me every where in the store it made me feel so uncomfortable

Lady at the register did not say one word to me, which gave me racist vibes. She had a full blown conversation with a Hispanic male that was ahead of me. She did not greet me, tell me my total, started talking to her co-worker, and handed me my receipt. Her customer service is trash. I should have gotten her name. I will not come here again

Absolutely ridiculous. Manager had no idea how to her job. All I needed was a card reload on a type of card that is sold at Dollar tree and she said she couldn't do it but when I went to go buy the exact same card of the shelf suddenly she could sell it to me with money on it. She doesn't know what she's doing and needs better supervision. And training. 3/30/24 roughly 6 pm. Will never go back

Going to DT is like going on a treasure hunt. Every single DR that I've gone looks like it got hit by a tornado. Everything everywhere, unorganized, so overwhelming. But at least the staff are really nice!

It's the middle of December, I'm 7th in line with at least that many people behind me. Only one checkout is open and when I finally get my turn to checkout the worker is rude! I get that the holiday season is hectic but being professional is a necessity.

Horrible customer service and place is not very clean looking. They had a long line of customers (about 8 of us). One register open. Another employee came out of the room but then just stood there behind the other employee talking. Finally I believe the manager came out and opened another register. But dang it was beyond ridiculous. I'd rather pay a bit more to get better customer service somewhere else. Sad really, this is such a new store and to already have this kind of thing happening.

To say that the store was a mess is an understatement. Everything is very unorganized, they had nothing in stock and the smell was horrible! Literally from the moment you walk in it smells like pee ? from the previous reviews it’s clear that this store has had the same issues for months now. First and LAST time there that’s for sure. What they need is better management or hire someone to bleach that whole store bc the SMELL! The smell was what made it that much worse!!! I’ll be taking the drive to Austin’s dollar trees from now on.

Wow, this store has drastically improved its organizational skills in the aisles since they hired this one guy, and this Super happy, helpful lady who I met last week looking for stationary supplies. Tonight she was on the register, and we enjoyed our dollar tree shopping experience. We were greeted with happiness, and my wife had a great time! Thanks Nicole for working at this dollar tree, we will definitely come back with family, and friends !!!!!
