“I called en-route to ensure baling wire was in stock on arrival, however learned it was not. Reegan called other stores within reasonable driving distance and located what needed. Her time and effort saved driving to the wrong destination.”

I had been looking for a while and was impressed with what I found there. I also found another item that I had already purchased and paid about twice as much for. I will check HomeGoods first from now on.”
“Friendly staffed Ross for the most part with a great store location and high volume shoppers, but i feel for them employees who constantly deal w.customers(not all) tearing up the store and then picking up after them and having to hear the annoying item alarm that go off and finding them to turn them off. Yall need a raise.”

“I am a frequent shopper here and give it 5 stars because they ALWAYS seem to do the right thing. I bought a mower once and kind of beat it up, left it on its side, etc., and they GAVE me a battery when I was troubleshooting. Yes, I had the extra warranty, but that definitely wasn't covered! Same mower, ran over mesquite and got a flat. Fixed for free. Last week I left a little less than $60 in the change tray. There had been a register error with the receipt mechanism and one thing led to another and the next day I realized my mistake. After a little follow up, they refunded $60 without %100 proof. Thanks for staying with the small town mentality, guys!”

“Team is super helpful at this place! Called and asked if they had boogie boards. They didn’t have any for sale yet, but said they had their new stock and were going to be pit out the next day. We needed them for a trip that night so I asked if they could sell them to me and the obliged! And on a separate incident I lost my wallet there and they helped me find it, even having one of their staff search with me!”
