We came in to get a second opinion and the vet and vet tech that worked with Moose were amazing. A thousand times over, thank you!
The only negative part of the experience was the initial “welcoming” I received from the front desk lady. She was slightly condescending and rude, not comforting in a situation where I thought my dog was going to need surgery and I was clearly frazzled. Probably not the best first impression, but the staff in the back are what made a difference!

The staff and Dr Maynard were awesome. They spent time explaining to me the issues with my aging mini schnauzer "Vincent " and let me make comfortable decisions without pressure.

Dr. Maynard and his staff were excellent. I brought my cat for surgery from Round Rock, worth the drive and will do again because they took such great care of Daisy. The vets in Round Rock wanted to charge 5times the amount for the same service and freaked her out so much she had an accident in her carrier. The professional and caring demeanor of Crossroads was truly amazing, I will absolutely be back with Daisy and my other fur babies, thank you, Elizabeth

Dr. Maynard and his whole staff have been so amazing! Our older dog had an emergency two weeks ago, ended up having surgery and a lot of after care the past two weeks. Dr. Maynard has been persistent to find out what was going on with him and showed genuine compassion and love for our fur baby! We will continue all of his future care at Crossroads! ❤️??

I’m so happy that Dr. Maynard is back at Crossroads Animal Clinic. The vet tech was wonderful, too. My cat is feeling much better. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend CRAH in Bastrop Texas. Look no further for all your fur baby needs. They have top notch veterinarians and amazing staff; friendly and professional. The facility is newly renovated, and they have a product portal for meds and more. We have had the best experience here. Thank you for the great care for my Brandy‼️?❤️

I've had this place for 2 decades and I would not trust anyone else with the health and safety of my "kids". Always a clean facility and a very caring staff. You'd be wise to give this place a look.

My dog (and I) had a great experience at Crossroads Animal Hospital. The Vet Tech was very helpful and educational when I had questions. The Vet was also excellent. The front desk staff were so sweet and loved on my dog. (he's super lovable!) My dog's demeanor was very calm during the entire visit. I'm so glad that I've found a new Vet for my pup! Highly recommend them to all.

They have taken care of our boys. One was emergency the other illness. They are happy pups. We have had no issues with getting them seen which has been an issue at other places.
