I have purchased several items from crosshairs and went in the store to purchase a holster for my pistol and asked about the Father’s Day 50% off sale throughout the store until June 30 th. It did not cover the holsters at all. I am extremely disappointed with the false advertising done by the store. I will not recommend anyone to this store because of this. If you say 50% off through the store it should be through the store not just certain items. I’d like to do business with them but cannot again. So sad!

Charges more for transfers than anyone else. Charged a friend $134 for three handgun lowers on same order. Not the kind of people I’d do business with. Plus we work for the largest LEO employer in his area. Just screwed himself.
See the response below from Crosshairs. Last paragraph should tell you the type of people you’re dealing with when doing business with them. Make an accusation that someone who speaks out against the outrageous rates for a coworker, friend, veteran, and law enforcement officer is obviously breaking the law and doing something illegal because they disagree with your claim your the lowest in the country on average. I think they just proved my point. BTW I’m a certified armorer and work as one as my regular job. You’re a special kind of human.

My old man has a rifle that needs some repairs. I called ahead to get a quote, and the price seemed reasonable. So I picked up my dad, drove all the way over there. Just to get some BS excuse about inventory. Basically, to take my business elsewhere, and that's exactly what I'll be doing.

Had the best experience with Devon and staff. I went in to buy a firearm here because the local big store wouldn’t sell me one as a gift purchase even though in the state of Texas you can. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell they genuinely want you to leave happy. Devon even gave me some swag since she knew it was my first time purchasing a firearm. Thank you for turning around my terrible experience at a different retailer into a stress free one. You all are awesome. Thank you for your kindness and making me leave with a smile on my face.

Agree with the other negative reviews. Overpriced. Staff is a letdown. The original owner, yes, he is very knowledgeable, but his wife... make sure to work with the actual owner instead if you really need to shop local. Her attitude is way beyond her knowledge. Other than the original owner, the support staff are not friendly nor very helpful. My husband and I were turned way off by the attitude, ego and lack of actual knowledge. We are going elsewhere now.
