Buyer beware! Faulty equipment will damage your paint! They will deny your claim and you will be out of luck! Plus the wash does not get your vehicle clean and they will only get half of your tire

STAY AWAY! From Club Carwash on R29 1640 E SH 71 Bastrop, TX. My rear bumper was damage due to attendant neglect and poor training. Filed a claim they refused to pay for my damages. Will let everyone know to STAY AWAY from this carwash. Claim department rude and quick to say it was my fault. BS.

Eh... every time I try to go to this location, the line is absurd. Tonight I tried going and it's broken. I've been trying to wash my car all week and can't get into the place! I pay extra for tire shine, it's cheap and flings all over my white car. The dryer doesn't dry your car at all and my windows come out so spotted if I don't get out and physically dry them with their wet towels that leave streaks. Before ownership changed, I feel I had fewer issues. I do appreciate the prewash they have staff do. Here's the deal... if I'm paying $30/mo, I don't expect to have to pay elsewhere to wash my car! Oh, and their payment kiosks are ALWAYS broken. Always.

Got a membership here 3 years ago when it was Rapid Express. never had a single complaint. a few months ago they changed owners and it's now Club Car Wash. The first change I noticed is the monthly membership price jumped significantly. ok, I'll stick with em and see how it goes. Well it started going downhill and has continued to go downhill. They run out of towels all the time, the parking lot is full of trash, the trash cans on site are overflowing, vacuums barely work and some don't work at all. The bathroom always STINKS & they haven't had hand soap since ownership changed and rarely have toilet paper. Worst of all is that the tire shine sprays the entire side of your vehicle and it's REALLY DIFFICULT to get it off. i spent near an hour rubbing like hell to get the black streaks off. Because the tire shine is oily, there are swirls all over the vehicle and the glass is so oily I can barely see out of it. my car looks worse than when I went in. This is a real shame because they used to be really good. Corporate doesn't seem to care as I have directed my complaints to corporate and nothing has changed. I have 3 vehicles with monthly memberships and tomorrow I will be cancelling them. Also be certain to get names and any other pertinent information when canceling. I've seen multiple people complaining on Google that they don't cancel membership timely and will continue to charge for months. Time to try another car wash.

The cubcar wash at 741 Old Austin HWY. Bastrop. I will NEVER use them again!! I purchased the Ultimate Club, it's a monthly charge to my CC. I gladly paid for the service "WASH AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE" as stated on the web site. Was pleased with the service. I canceled the service in June, not because I had a problem with service but for the next 4 months I would not be able to use their services. Went into the office in June (the same office I started the contract) I canceled the service. When I received my CC statement I noticed they did not cancel the payment. I just got off the phone with "CORPORATE". In our conversation she told me they couldn't refund my money but she could cancel it NOW! Totally BS I told her just that, BS. So now I will dispute the charge. The lady was no help. This is truly what is wrong with corporate BS. I recommend, do not use their services. My 2 cents!

Do not go here. This use to be Rapid Express Car wash, which I really liked using. I joined the monthly service with Rapid Express, I was that happy with them. It has since changed to Club Car Wash. Their prices are higher, their service is worse, it doesn't get the car as clean & shiny. The people they have there outright lied to me - among other things saying that I would get the same level of services I had with my previous membership, but they downgraded me to the lowest level. Had to go through the wash twice because they sprayed my car but then the car wash didn't work, so I had to go through again (long line now) to get the spray off. I'm cancelling my membership and demanding a refund. I will not go back to them. I'll either wash my car myself, like I use to before Rapid Express came to town, or find another service that does a better job and treats customers with respect - even if it ends up costing me more.
