Went into store to look at small refrigerators. The greeter directed me to area. I asked for assistance but no one came so I left. Ended up ordering on line which was a much better experience.

I went into Best Buy for a charger replacement for my Nintendo switch. I was told to bring in all items and I would receive a replacement the last time I came in. When I came in today, to do exactly that, I was told that they would only replace a charger. So of course I was a little upset because I had driven all the way from Austin to the Bastrop location with all of the items as instructed. I would prefer and recommend this location out of any Austin locations by far. Jackie the manager, came to the rescue and was soooooo nice & understanding of why I was upset. Without hesitation, she gave me a free Nintendo charger for the trouble. Elijah also came to the rescue and replaced 2 of my screen protectors. I really appreciate Jackie and Elijah’s effort to make me a happy customer.

I visited the Bastrop location on 6/5/2024 with $500 in my pocket with the intention of buying a tablet and excessories. I lingered in the tablet dept. for 20 minutes. While lingering I noticed several employees talking among themselves on several occasions. None of them looking my way. I was one of 3 customers in the store (literally). I went to Walmart and bought my gear their instead.

Over all the store is great and the people are extremely helpful at this store, they’ll help you find a solution, even when they don’t offer it, you really couldn’t ask for more. I have an odd problem with recording music and a certain setup that I am trying to get right. Best Buy was honestly at the bottom of the list for having the cables or equipment I needed. But I found myself there. As expected, they didn’t have an exact set up for what I needed, but they did provide a few products and options, offered returns if it wasn’t what I needed and also recommended local business to talk to that are more specialized for my needs. I purchased the products with their option to return, and behold, it worked! Not what I had pictured, but it worked!

I bought a tv 2 years ago and needed a copy of the receipt for manufacturer warranty purposes. I wanted to recognize Elijah for his help yesterday. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me a copy of the receipt. I've been in retail and customer service for a long time and this location has had great service each time I've visited.

The freshest tres leche cake. All natural baked goodies to enjoy a time of succulent pleasure. I'm impressed and I'll always return.
I picked up the tres leche cake for the office. Everyone loves it. We all agree, it was not too soggy like most tres leche cakes we've had. This is by far the best!!!!! Love. You guys!!!!
