As a last-minute Christmas gift for my husband Stan, I sent Bastrop Signs a poor copy of an old newspaper ad for the Skyline Club in Austin. It was the week before Christmas and some of their employees had the flu, yet they rebuilt the ad, made it into a 48"x30" metal sign and had it ready for pick up the Friday before Christmas. Being that it is so large (and my car is small), I asked my husband if we could stop by Bastrop Signs on our way to lunch. As promised, it was waiting in front of their shop as they had closed early for Christmas. The surprised look on his face told me everything. He even said it may be the best Christmas gift he has ever received. So how can I thank Bastrop Signs -- in particular my representative Matt? I suppose by thanking them for going above and beyond and/or by giving them 5 stars. Honestly, for the service they provided this week, I would give them 10.

The folks at Bastrop Sign and Banner are amazing! I had an emergency small sign project that I needed in a hurry due to my own lack of foresight, and they were able to take care of me in a big way. Great service and real nice people, the whole package!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!This review is LONG overdue!IN December of 2022 I had a meeting I was preparing for and ordered awards a week in advanced with Bastrop Copier. It was a small order, approximately 12 award certificates. I specifically requested a heavy stock, gloss and I wanted them to be bright. When I arrived, no one lete know that the order was not to my specifications at all; the cashier handed my my order in a manilla folder and told me the total and was ready to take my money.Only 1 award had the correct paper. The other awards were on regular copy paper and very faded. When I asked why they looked like this I was told their toner was low and they ran out of paper. I asked why I wasn't told and the cashier said it's my responsibility to check the product. I agree with this but it would've been nice if I was told that I was receiving a low quality order.This is where Bastrop Signs and Banners come in at because I had less than 12 hours before our annual party. I called Bastrop Signs and Banners in a little bit of a panic, they asked me to stop by so I did and they assured me they could complete the project to my exact specifications and it would only take 2 hours. After picking up the signs I was very satisfied. They were on heavy stock and the ink was bright and bold. The guys in there are very personable and professional. service to me and that they did it right. I appreciated their willingness to take care of me. Really wonderful service and the quality of their products are top knotch. Thank you so much Bastrop Banners and Signs, you guys are Rockstars! ⭐

Bastrop Signs is fantastic! I have used big online printing companies in the past for most of my printing needs. However, that has changed. I can get great prices and customer service, as well as, quick turnaround right here in my community. They have made supporting local easy.
