Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, I needed to find the best florist to recognize one of my team members in Texas. I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Bastrop Floral. Unfortunately, I am disappointed in my recent Mother’s Day order. Company policy states unavailable flowers are substituted, but that did not seem to happen. Really wanted to support a local business, but I will have a hard time ordering from them again.

I ordered online from out of state. Process was easy and issue-free which I really appreciate since I’m not really “an online shopping kinda girl.” Delivery was made next day and the arrangement was beautiful according to the recipient. I would definitely recommend to others and will use again if needed.

I ordered my wedding bouquet about a week before my wedding. Our wedding was in October but I wanted colorful wildflowers and greenery in my bouquet. I was not sure if I was going to get that in the fall and with such short notice. They were happy to help and worked really hard to get me what I had invisoned. My bouquet turned out perfect. I feel that they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted! Communication with the shop was easy and felt very personalized.

I called to order some flowers for an employee who was sick recently and asked them to put something together with a certain price in mind and when I picked them up they were absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful! The owner was so friendly and understood my needs and made a beautiful arrangement for me! My employee was very surprised and loved them!

Update: the company contacted me and apologized for the mishap and are making good on what happened. I would definitely be using them again in the future.Completely disappointed in this local company. They said they tried to call me and I don't have any missed calls or voicemail from them. I called over four times about my order, now my wife didn't get her flowers for her birthday. I hope this company understands how bad of a situation they put me in. I would have got flowers if I was in the area but I am not. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is in need of flowers for a loved one.

I ordered the Hello Autumn arrangement from Bastrop Florist for my sister's 90th birthday. She lives in a nursing home and I live far away in a different state. I told the florist that I wanted her to have something that made her happy and feel loved, and Bastrop Florist did just that. My sister called me after receiving the flowers and said she was delighted with the arrangement and happily described the vase and every flower! It completely fulfilled my wishes! Thank you, Bastrop Florist! The only thing I might add is I would have liked to have had a photo of it, but since I didn't request it, I cannot complain!

I have used this wonderful company twice now, and their arrangements are so gorgeous. Both times I have called to order and explained the unique situation and they were able to customize my flowers to my needs. The ladies that run this business are so friendly and caring.
