Bastrop bird cages is by fare the best that I have come across. His service is amazing and outstanding in all. Greetings friend I would like to say thanks to Bastrop cage. He is awesome and the customer services are outstanding. In my journey to get a forever home for Asher the African gray went through so many problems with getting a cage. but I come across Bastrop cages and my wish has come true I received my cage today . and in all honesty I strongly recommend this company with anything he takes his time and get to know you and serve you with the upmost respect his cages are not used at all it comes directly from the A&E cage company me and my wife will forever do business with you sir

Ken is absolutely amazing! As a new and very worried parrot owner he spent hours on the phone talking to me, helping me figure out what would work best for my family and my new African Grey. He reassured me and even went so far as to recommend what "power washer" to use and not to use on cleaning my bird's cage, something he would not benefit from in any way but he gladly divulged. He even went so far as to contact me whilst recovering from surgery to notify and update me on my packages, which was totally unnecessary as I knew he was having surgery and didn't expect but he was truly amazing!

I like the one on one personal service and knowledge they offer. I bought two large cages from them among other things. Ken helped me choose between 2 cages that were nearly identical. One had plastic casters, the other metal. Prices are decent, service is outstanding and the owner has helped and donated to many birds in need and their owners. That goes a long way with me.

I ordered a HQ Parrot Cage. With in a short time, it was shipped safely to me and it IS great! Bastrop Cages is Friendly, Knowledgeable and has All Around Great Customer Service!
