Has to have vehicle towed in on a Sunday, they have a key box, envelopes for you to put all your information and description of problems are and drop it in. 1st thing Monday morning I was getting a call. They were able to start checking everything out quickly but, my most epic gratitude for these guys is that they actually cared enough about the customer to call and update me quite often and as someone who’s had many, many years of needing service work to vehicles, I’ve NEVER experienced anything so out of the ordinary that they would take time to do this. Kudos to your staff for always letting me know what was happening!! In the end, it ended up costing a few thousand to get it running, but I definitely feel as if I got the best possible repair I could have found for that price! No gouging or hidden fees and that’s much appreciated also!! I believe they even offer a drop off / pick up service if needed! Thanks for everything and please thank the team!! I didn't have a ride so instead of making me sit at the shop, he gave me a ride home in the hotrod and then picked me up when vehicle was ready. It's been 2+ years and the repair is still going strong and I have a lifetime warranty on it, so I'll only ever have to pay labor if it breaks again. And the labor here is super fair. Would highly recommend to all local Bastrop folks.”

“Nightmare situation: My wife was leaving town and all of the sudden her car won’t start, and it’s 5pm on July 3rd, so every mechanic has already stopped taking clients until after July 4th!… luckily William took my call, came by in an hour and fixed us right up. Even though he had to do a lot of work, he only charged a reasonable service fee. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a mobile car mechanic.”

“The day after Thanksgiving in 11/25/2018 i traveled from San Antonio TX to Bastrop TX to buy a truck from Covert Chevrolet, it was a fast and easy experience and i loved my truck every minute i had it. Fast forward to today 7/19/23. About 2 weeks ago i went back to Covert to sell my truck, it was the same easy experience i had even though i was giving something i loved up this time. Lazarus the Sales Manager handled the whole deal from sart to finish and even above and beyond to the very end. This place i have only two experiences at 5 years apart almost and they were both great. Everyone was nice and helpful from phone calls from previsit to phone calls afterwards. When i buy my next Chevrolet I'll definitely return to Covert in Bastrop for another great car buying/selling experience! Buying a vehicle can be a headache but not at Covert Bastrop!”
