“What wonderfully nice and super efficient people in this office. I was first greeted by a wonderfully young lady when I walked in and then handed over to Jennifer. Jennifer handled business with my claim like her life depended on it. That woman does not miss a beat. When I picked up my truck, and she thought something was a little loose on my tailgate, SHE Pulled out her own bag of tools and started tightening things. She told me that she wanted me to have no concerns and to get back with her in a couple of days to let her know everything is A-OK.
I appreciated all the “good feels” of all the staff in this front office.
The work done by the mechanics was perfect. Thanks Guys! (And girls?) Oh! I was told that it would take about a week to get my truck done, and they managed to do it all in two days.

“I stopped in here after Napa would not help me change out my battery. Joseph said it would be no problem. The battery terminal was stuck in a way that took him so much effort and time to get off. It was all hands on deck two other employees came out one being the manager, the other Ginger. lol and at one point, another guy came out to help. Teamwork definitely made the dream work. “Michael Liriano is awesome!Let me explain:I have been wanting a 2023 Prius since I saw the first photos of this new generation Prius. But following the news, I knew obtaining one in 2023 was a long shot. I initially inquired at the Toyota dealership closest to my house and was told they had a waitlist and it cost $500 to get on it. They also said I'd be waiting months and they had no idea when a Prius close to my specifications would come in. All the other dealerships in and around Austin told me the same.But Michael told me something totally different. He asked me what my specifications were, did some research, and found my car! Then he coordinated a dealer to dealer trade and my car arrived exactly when he said it would! I couldn't believe it!Everything about the transaction was smooth, all things considered regarding how car buying is in this day in age. But Michael, Beau and Cody made sure we were taken care of and in and out quickly! We will definitely be buying all of our Toyotas from Lost Pines!”
“Went to a tire shop only to hear excuses. (Dont mess with rolling rescue in Smithville their trash.) Limped my motorcycle the 20 miles to Bastrop and these guys were awesome. Gave me the tools I needed and a new valve stem plus let me do the repair myself (motorcycle) gave me the air to finish the job and only charged me $6! Thank you guys so much”
