Bought a bottle of tequila for my wife as a gift last night. She didn’t want it, so went to return / exchange this morning. I don’t drink tequila. Store employee said no legal returns in the state of Texas. Gave no options for exchange.Went to look up such law and DNE.Unopened and sealed.Make sure you don’t buy any gifts at this store. I will drive down to Shellmans to buy my expensive single malt scotch now.
