“Today 5/24 around 12:40 pm I needed help at the customer service booth. As nobody was there, I asked the lady (I think wearing glasses) at the self check out area. She could not help me because of her lack of knowledge with some of the process of cash back. She argued with me after I explained her the whole situation. Then she asked another young person that not only was willing to help, but knew the process of retrieving cash back. The first lady needs to read the process again, be empathetic and have some training in customer service. I understand that is a difficult job because you have to deal with many complaints and difficult situations, but she needs to breathe in and out every now and then.”
