This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.

Very displeased with Dr Cordero. They charge an astronomical amount and then make themselves unavailable for their customers after surgeries. I paid $1600 for a neuter because the doctor did jot properly close the wound on a very active dog. Ending up at the er to have staples due to an open, infected, wound was very traumatic for all of us. We followed her instructions for post surgery to a t. They are ill equipped to handle energetic puppies, and even cast blame on me for not sedating my dog prior to the appointment for staple removal ( though there were no sedatives left and nothing had been spoken of this prior to surgery). I paid $360 for a simple ear infection, in which checkups were done at time of surgery and staple removal. I would not recommend Bartonville vet to anyone. However, all their staff is top notch. Love the girls who worked with my dog and the receptionist. Really great people.

They are already on the more expensive end of veterinary care which is okay if you receive consistent quality service, but you don't. Plus they really put the screws to you trying to upsell everything. Go in for basic shots and they will try to sell or guilt you into tests and services that you don't need. They also quit boarding animals. Had to find a new clinic.

Lindsey took the time to listen and understood that my dog has different needs due to his food and skin allergies/sensitivities. Lindsey researched and provided dog bones without animal products that would be safe for my dog instead of just the normal list given out and set up a new protocol for him in the office. Each pet has their own health issues just like they have different personalities. It isn't one size fits all. Taking time to get to know the individual animal/patient is key to keeping them healthy and happy. Thanks Lindsey!

I have brought my furry best friends to this vet for almost 4 years, and I have got to say they are the most amazing staff and team a pet parent could ask for! Being a cat parent, I value a vet that specializes in cat veterinary care and this vet is accredited with being a Cat Friendly Practice. They even have a special cat room, with Feliway diffusers, a big window for your cats to gaze out, and they always listen to the animal if they are feeling uncomfortable.
This vet is like family, I say this from the bottom of my heart. After losing my cat recently, not only did Dr. Cordero stay with me after receiving the news, but the reception staff and vet techs were, also, so kind and compassionate. Everyone was there to support me while I waited for my significant other, and they allowed us all the time we wanted with our baby. The cremation services offered were beautiful, and I am very grateful to have her home.
Though this team deserves even more praise. Not only did they support us in such a hard moment, but they then crafted two beautiful cards for us that had her paws and sweet snout stamped on them, with her name. They sent those in a card, and the entire staff wrote and signed in it. I am forever grateful for the compassion this team has for their pets and pet parents.
You can guarantee that when I am ready to adopt my new furry babies that I will bring them here for their veterinary care.

We have 3 Yorkies that have been patients of Bartonville Vet for over 2 years. All three had teeth removed a year and a half ago costing close to $3,500! Last month we took them all in for a yearly check up and they did blood tests on all of them without even discussing the cost $$$ and then getting to the check out to find out our bill was $979.00. Now another estimate for $900.00 to $1,400 has been given to us for just one of our yorkies for more teeth problems. We asked if there was any costs on the estimate that could be reduced and the answer was "the costs are the costs". We then went to Argyle vet for a second opinion and got a estimate of $600 to $900 for the dental work. Needless to say we are NOT going to Bartonville Vet again. We feel they are more about the money than the welfare of our pets.

Visited this clinic for the first time today with my friend and her mother and their cat. I was impressed at the entire experience, the establishment was clean and welcoming and the staff were phenomenal, thorough and very pleasant the entire experience was very pleasant and I look forward to using them for my pets in the future!

Bartonville Veterinary Clinic is a very well-kept and clean facility with some of the nicest staff and vets around they are always quick to politely answer any question and they care about every single animal they take care of.

Me and my wife don’t like Melissa. She is rude to us. Very uncomfortable seats - very dirty place … Melissa was rude and pushy . Staff is rude to us .. Try Double Oak they are nice people ..

Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring!I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Cordero and her team go above and beyond to take care of not only their furry patients, but they are also very compassionate towards the clients as well. As soon as you enter the facility you know you are in good hands, it smells amazing, and you are immediately greeted with warm smiles and professionalism. We have standard poodles, and they always receive A+ care for all their needs!LOVE this place!
