The team at ATI are wonderful! The moment you walk in, they know your name (kinda like Cheers…. “Hey Norm!” They know what they are doing and before you know it, you are ready for a good game 2 weeks after shoulder surgery. (Not really but you feel that way). Don’t hesitate to use them for any injury related circumstances.

I needed to find a place for my physical therapy. The one associated with the hospital was extremely expensive. ATI with my insurance coverage was very reasonable plus they had multiple locations. They had one within 5 min of my house. I will say when you call your local ATI it goes to a central number for scheduling your therapy. So even though you think your calling locally your not. Once I figured that out it was great. They set every thing up and it was easy. The therapists are great they are very professional and know that there are different techniques for my surgery and made sure they knew what type of surgery I had so that they could do the proper exercises to help me recover. Would highly recommend using ATI for any PT needs

I am very impressed with all the therapists helping patients get better. They are very knowledgeable .I have been going for my knee and leg problem to so many different therapy place but I found ATI is already making improvement in my pain and strength .Thankyou .

I am a personal trainer and cancer exercise specialist with a degree in kinesiology, exercise physiology and myofascial release. I needed extra insight and a different perspective to restore strength, range of motion and stability to a torn labrum and I have been so impressed. I was given advanced exercises that made a significant improvement in healing my shoulder. I am so thankful for the level of care and knowledge at ATI.

My son is 12 and recently diagnosed with scoliosis. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about treating pre teens with this problem. He is working hard and not complaining about it. It’s a win all around!!!

My healing journey with ATI BARTONVILLE started over a year ago . Am a post lumbar fusion patient and needed core strengthening for an upcoming knee replacement surgery . My husband and I had just moved to Lantana Texas to be near our younger son and his family . Leaving San Diego Ca. was a big adjustment . This included seeking new MED . providers . Gratefully our son and his wife are both nurses . Our DIL works at BSW in Grapevine and was able to secure new doctors .I consulted with Dr. Kerry Donnegan who ordered the pre-op core and knee strengthening in preparation for my TKR - Total Knee Replacement scheduled for July 2023 . ATI in BARTONVILLE is exactly 1.2 miles from home . It was clearly the choice ! Upon entering the facility and meeting the therapists , I felt welcome . My primary PT is CHING , a young therapist whose caring demeanor is second only to her skills . Ching developed a care plan specific to goals for my individual care . I felt confident about my upcoming TKR . Unfortunately I sustained a fall in May 2023 while visiting our home in AZ . I sustained a considerable tear in my right rotator cuff . The priority became surgically repair my right shoulder . PT switched to my right shoulder to help with pain management as well as the prevention of a frozen shoulder syndrome . Surgery was done on July 22 , 2023 and outpatient PT started within a week of my surgery . What a painful experience it was ! Again Ching and her skilled , gentle hands diligently massaged , did passive movements to my shoulder till I felt functional . It took 6 months to reach that goal ! During times that Ching was not available , the other PTs stepped in . Tracy , the director is very efficient in running the clinic like a well oiled machine . Other therapists that worked with me were Jessica , Morgan and Tracy . Their PT techs Austin , Luis and Marisol are always ready to assist and anticipate the needs of the patients and the team . No idle moments , yet time to laugh with their patients remains . Encouragement is the name of their game . Fast forward to Jan. 2 ,2024 , I got my left TKR . After a short stint in acute rehab , a 2 week home PT regimen , I started with my outpatient therapy with Ching and her team at ATI BARTONVILLE ! It’s been 6 weeks since my surgery . Much improved pain , definitely gaining more strength and confidence towards the goal of walking independently again . As I sit here to write down this review , I am filled with gratitude for Ching , her colleagues and the whole team at ATI BARTONVILLE. My healing journey is not quite done yet but am definitely on the road to full recovery ! Being a retired RN I know that I am in the right place to accomplish this trajectory of my physical wellness . At 73 , there’s so much more to do , so many more places to go see . My physical therapy team knows my goals and are doing everything for me to get there . Thank you !
