I have never had as horrible of service as I have repeatedly had from this FedEx location. Almost every package shipped to me via FedEx for the past 3+ years has been shipped to the wrong address and FedEx just doesn't care. I have wasted hours of my life with customer service trying to get this fixed and there is still no permanent solution. No other delivery company makes these mistakes. FedEx is either the most wildly incompetent morons to ever grace the earth or intentionally and maliciously mishandling my property. Either way, I am at my wits' end. I no longer order from anywhere I know uses FedEx but unfortunately companies don't always let you know in advance. It's insanely frustrating that these people face no consequences for their repeat failures. I would strongly recommend avoiding FedEx, especially anything that has to go through this location. Only rated 1 star because it's required but I would give zero if I could. I have truly never dealt with a more horrible business.

There was a little bit of a line and it went fast. Service was done with a great attitude and smile. I would go out of my way if I needed to use FedEx because Mrs. Dena was so warm and efficient. If you need to use FedEx services and are in the area I would highly recommend them.

Mrs.Dena (supervisor for today shift on June 7,2023) was very nice and understanding when it came to my package and me getting my package, she could've turned me around but she didn't and i love a person who take care of their customers because i love taking care of my patients at my job.

I came in to ship a small box that needed to be taped. The clerk who was not friendly at all says I can buy tape but he won't tape it up for me. I've always gone to the Pearland location and they always take care of me there but no more. This guy has cost Fed Ex all of my business. I hope they enjoyed saving that eight cents worth of tape.

I've had the delivery instructions set for over a year now so why they didn't read them all the sudden I don't know. They said they attempted to deliver my package today at 10:53am and when I checked the website it said I could pick it up in person today after 1:00pm so I went at 6:20pm I get there and she tells me he (the delivery driver) is not back yet he's usually not back until around 7pm so when I got home I called to see why it wasn't able to be delivered the automated person tells me it's because no one was here to receive the package even though 1 my sister was here in the living room and no one ever came to the door and 2 I have on the delivery instructions to leave it at the front door and signed for it online already and when it sent me to speak with an actual person he told me that it was because he driver didn't have the code to get through the gate which again that is in the delivery instructions and has been for over a year so I was given 2 different excuses both of which are in my delivery instructions so I feel like they just didn't want to or decided to skip my house for reason the glasses were my eyeglasses that I wear all The time and I really needed them today that's why I paid for express 2 day shipping

Drivers are lazy! Said attempted delivery but absolutely did not! I took off work to ensure I was home to sign for the package....sat in the living room to ensure I would hear a knock or the doorbell. Driver said security wouldn't let him in (my complex does not have security) then when I talked to the office he said there was someone blocking the entrance....how could that be when I'm watching cars go in and out as I type this! Amazon is here delivering, ups, as well as the postal service but somehow fedex couldn't get in! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Thanks to the lady at the counter who called and advised I could come and pick my package up! Do better FEDEX!

Worst delivery drivers ever!! No initiative what so ever!!! Have tried to receive package for 3 DAYS!!! I have left delivery instructions along with my phone contact and they still cannot get it right!!!!

After having a driver say they attempted delivery but did not, we ran to try to pick it up. It was sent overnight for a reason. Pam at the Ship Center is possibly one of the most customer services oriented people at FedEx that I've ever met!!! She needs a raise. She won back the revenue you would have lost because of a lying driver.

I had the most amazing experience with this FedEx location today. As soon as I left, I knew that I was going to either write a review, contact FedEx to commend the staff, or both. I was expected to receive a rather expensive delivery via FedEx, and experienced a mix-up with its drop-off. When I contacted FedEx, I was told that this location dispatched my package. Denya, the location's manager, and another associate (whose name I have forgotten) were so helpful, patient, and displayed the best customer service. Denya even provided her direct number so I could keep her informed of any updates, and made it a point to assure me that she was more than willing to assist me. Simply put, the attention and care that were displayed by this location was remarkable. Too often we run to Yelp to write about bad experiences, but it's great experiences like this one that we should be just as eager to share. Thank you so much for everything!

Really bad customer service...my boyfriend came in to drop of some boxes to ship of and this lady which she said she's a veteran ripped up the shipping label from the box and said it was wrong...she didn't bothered to let him know how it was suppose to be tape or give a reason to why she ripped the label...i know we are going thru a world wide pandemic and we are all stressed but this is when we all have to be united and be kind to one another...let's make the world better not worse.

This place is a disaster, no one at this location has any sense & before you consider applying to work here take a look at a few facts I am about to break down to you. 1. This location has the highest turn over rate in the religion... which means almost 75% of employees who get hired on either quit or is terminated.This location is ran by Janette Maye, Her husband works the same position as her but for UPS, (which sounds illegal if u ask me) The way she operates her station is by spending the least amount of money as possible (under staffed, firing employees, low budget equipment) so she can receive a huge bonus check at the end of the year. 2. The management here are all clueless to how to run and operation a company, extremely unorganized. Managers will tell an employee to do something & back door say that they DIDN'T tell that employee to do that to save their own job. 3. Mangers are have sexual relationships with employees in the station, doing inappropriate things together after hours of operations in the training offices where there are no cameras. (Denya, April & James Reed, Theresa) are three of the many ones who all have a reputation of doing these things with employees. 4. To save money they will not repair air conditioning in the trucks, nor repair alignment problems. Engine lights are on every single truck. And If your truck starts to smoke and over heat management will tell you "If it can drive keep going" I can specifically name a time where my truck overheated on the freeway and starting rolling backwards into traffic and I was told to simply "try to get the truck on the side turn it off let it cool down and start it again over and over until you make it back to the station. 5. During corona we were forced to go inside testing clinics with no mask or gloves given to us. And told if we were to get sick we would be forced to take 2 weeks off with no pay and if you're still sick then you get fired. 6. You cannot talk to janette Maye even if you wanted to, she's in and out of the building at all different times of the day, when you request to speak with her she will have u sit outside her office for up to an hour while she's on the phone with her husband. After reviewing the few of many factors that come with this job, beware and prepare yourself because it will be a long tough and hard journey. And after all your sacrifice, blood sweat and tears. In the end, you'll still be fired.

I have never been so disappointed. I was meant to have a package delivered Jan 31. Still have not rEcieved the package. I have tried calling customer service and all they have done is give me the run around as to why the package has not been delivered. Multiple attempts were supposedly made but there was never a door tag to prove it. I live in an apartment complex where Amazon UPS and FedEx are all able to access the building and deliver packages without any issues. Their whole customer service team is a joke and has no idea what they're talking about half of the time. I paid $20 for express shipping and am being told I have to pick up the package myself?? Nothing express about this service. It's now February 5th and I am still here awaiting for yet another "delivery attempt" that i doubt will happen. This location is not worth the star that's necessary to post this review.
