The woman who picks up the phone was very disorganized. We live 2 hours away and requested a unit. She wrote our names down and told her that we will be there tomorrow, she agreed. She never once stated if it was first come first serve. I called her again in the morning to confirm, she asked if I was another person she named off and I said no and told her I was the one she held it for, she said "ah ok yes are you coming by in the afternoon?" I told her that is the plan. We loaded the truck with boxes and was half way to let her know that my fiancé will secure the unit. She then said "oooh I have to see if we have the unit available, someone just took it." I told her that she held it for us and that my fiancé was on his way. She said "well I have to look if we have one open..." I hung up the phone. A very disrespectful move.

Bunny is an absolute sweet person. The storage units are clean and well kept. The property is easily accessible and well maintained. Plenty of room and affordable prices!
