Hard to find at first - but look for the Saddleback steakhouse next to the Valero gas station. It's right behind there. Choose your own space. There's a little house where you can leave payment unless paid by internet. Utilities work OK. Some long timers there at the far end. Watch for dogs not on leashes. OK for a quick stopover. Right next to highway I10. Some spots have shade.

Great price and right off the freeway. Steak next door was great too. Perfect for our 40’ Motorhome.

We stopped as an overnight stop, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice landscaping... we were expecting a parking lot & full hookups for $20 per night. First come, first served.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed. Please keep on leash & pick up after pet.

We have stayed here multiple times while traveling to and from Arizona. It is very easy to access from the highway and the spots are long enough to keep our tow vehicle in front of our 5th wheel and the price is unbeatable. We highly recommend this park.

Great convenient, pretty stopover. Good facilities; gas station, ice machine, bar, full hook ups for only $20.Dog friendly it's gravel so they didn't love walking on it but was fine.Desert plants between lots of sites. We're 41' 5th wheel, spots are long and easy pull-through, lots of them so just choose on arrival. We saw lovely sunset. There are trucks in separate section so little noise from overnight generators and muffled interstate noise. Definitely would stay again. Only gave a 4* because some litter is around.Dog-friendliness: Casual so doggy can wander, of course you must clean-up.

Barebones, full hook ups at a good price. No amenities but did not expect any. Well located on i-10. Fuel stop next door. You get what you pay for.

I love choosing my own spot! Only 9 miles from Balmorhea State Park, full hookups, prettier than the other 3 RV parks nearby, and on-site ice, $3 for a20 lb. bag.

Headed back home from big trip to Pac NW and this was our last night. Very pleasantly surprised. A great, simple, low key Rv experience. Made me smile. No shower and bathroom but price, ease of transaction, desert landscaping all made for a good vibe.

Nice people and nice campground, but it is an RV park not a camp ground. No restrooms or showers.

RV park is located behind the Valero Gas Station. Mostly empty lots during the summer. Shouldn't be a problem to get a spot.

5 stars for what it is; a quick, easy, very nice overnight stay off I-10. Of the many overnights we've done on that stretch of I-10, this is by far the best. Good FHU sites, level, easy pull through. And CHEAP! Pick a spot and drop $20 in the box by the office. The place was very quiet and well maintained. Absolutely gorgeous sunset. A lot of field workers stay there and they were all very quiet.

Don't know what happened to this place. Looks like, initially, the owners spent a lot if $ to landscape and set up a nice park, even put in a nature trail. But NO maintenance is being done. No one on site: post says to "pick a spot" and put $20 in an envelope and in lock box. The only amenity is dumpsters, no picnic tables, fire rings, bathhouse, etc. Garbage is all over the park. Looks like more permanent residents than rv'ers. HIGH noise level between highway and truckers parked all night @ truck stop. If we would not have pre-paid, we would not have stayed.
