Took my car in for a full windshield replacement, a 1.5 to 2 hours job. Not even an hour after I received a message that it was done. Drove away and had wind noise like never before, even during storms and today was not windy at all. The vehicle molding is loose, the seal around the upper part of the windshield has large gaps and not sealed. This is the worst job I have experienced in my 50 yrs as a carowner. Now, I have to set a warranty appointment wasting more of my time.

Called 5 times, no one answers. All automated with no help. So I guess I'll drive too you and ask a couple simple questions, as your phone number is USELESS.20240308 Called again 5 times, no answer, F.U. so much for helping customers when all it does calling is robot me for 20 min.

Had an appointment last Tuesday, technician came early in the morning, which was great, just to find out he’d been sent with the wrong side of my window, so he at least cleaned out my glass pieces in my car, and said he’d be back today, but I received no phone call nor did a technician show up, tried calling and couldn’t speak to an actual person

Safelite was easy and convenient to work with! I had the windshields replaced on two of my vehicles. There was a small hiccup in the billing after the job was complete, however the store manager Sonya, made everything right. Sonya and her team are kind courteous and their customer service is second to none. Thank you, Sonya!

Made an appointment through my insurance company for a chip repair. The waiting area is clean and well kept, the people working there are friendly. I was able to get in and out quickly, which was nice since I had a crazy day at work and still had a few errands to run. Overall, a great experience.

I’m trying to talk to someone that actually works at the building and it keeps sending me to the online everything online. Can’t talk to no one what happen to one oh one customer service ?? all I got to talk to is a damn robot I’m just cause it didn’t understand me and ended up putting me in Spanish mode. and you wonder why y’all lose out on service

They didn't showed up to their own appointment and didn't even have the decency to call and let us know. Got the day off from work for nothing. Call their customer service multiple times and they didn't know what was going on either, the lady told me that the technician didn't pick up the phone when called. That was it, in other words deal with it. Get somebody else you've been warned.

I see a few negative reviews here, but honestly, I had a great experience. I set an appointment for chip repair through my insurance company. Sefelite sent me numerous reminders of the appointment and what to expect. I was in and out of there in 31 minutes.My technician Mr. Eric Brown was nice and let me know how the process would work and what results to expect.The waiting area was clean. There were plenty of seats plus free coffee...huge bonus at 2 in the afternoon! There were plenty of spots to park as well.I have no reason not to come back!
