My wife went here to have copies made and we were treated rudely by the print center worker. If this is the treatment of the print center employees towards the customers, then maybe Office Depot should consider getting new print center employees.

I usually do not write negative reviews but this is the third terrible experience I’ve had with the Print Center. The last 2 projects I’ve submitted were of poor quality, but at least I was refunded.
Just left the center now because the lady running it had me waiting almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgment, no queue, nothing. I get that you close in 1 hour but I intended to drop off my files for pick up. Acting like you didn’t see me in line was not a good way to keep my business.

Don’t shop here they don’t care and they don’t like anybody and they’re not willing to help anybody. I’m gonna give this an honest review. I’m telling you if you’re looking for help if you’re looking for someone to give you great customer service don’t go to the store worst store ever they need to close it

I accidentally placed an order at this location and needed it changed to another store. Cathy was quick to change it over to the location closest to me. I appreciate the quick service in canceling my order and transferring to my regular. So grateful for the awesome and friendly customer service.

trash, they discriminate against you, they yell at you because you don't speak the language well, but above all the manager shouted insults at me because I didn't understand a couple of words. How nice would it be if they brought a tourist to the store and treated them or gave them the same ugly impression, you can see the tear in the seam by the way they walk and talk. What a shame I have to touch the star to be able to write because it doesn't even deserve a star.

Absolutely horrible customer service. In the funny part was, this was an older generation.Not like the young kids today. Just sad. Also they turned off th lights in the middle of my purchase/ transaction. How rude can you get.

Rudest Customer ServiceWent to Office Depot to print out a prepaid shipping label and have package picked up by USPS. Other Office Depot locations have frequently printed the shipping label for free, so long as shipping label was prepaid and the location worked with USPS (this location works with USPS). I was caught off guard when I was informed I would be charged for the one page shipping label. Even more upsetting was I would be charged a minimum of $2.50 PLUS tax. I complained. Two employees stated that if I didn’t like the price, I was welcome to use the self service printing. I tried to explain that I frequently did this at other Office Depot locations and never had difficulty before. They were indifferent. As I tried to pay the $2.52 for my one page, one of the employees voided the transaction and tossed the shipping label at me and exclaimed “just take your shipping label!”Worst experience I’ve had at an Office Depot. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

Product I needed was in there online inventory and sure enough when I went to the store I was glad to pick it up. Store is easily accessible, very clean and organized. I was lucky enough to find a very helpful employee who wasted no time in getting my product and checking me out. The price was also fair. I will return for future office needs.
