Usually I don’t have any issue but I picked up my son’s medicine and saw a sign that indicated that I can get a flu shot and walk ins were welcomed but some lady in the back stated that I had to make an appointment even though they had a sign that stated walk-ins we’re welcomed. The girl who rung me up was willing to give a flu shot but the lady in the back said no. At that point I was annoyed, I guess she saw I was annoyed and then reluctantly changed her mind, by then I just wanted to leave, so I did. They need to take the sign down that states walk-in’s are welcome.

I called to ask for the price of a medicine but they never answered, it was just a machine that answered with stupid questions.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time at that store. My CVS off Walzem closed and transferred my scripts to Austin Hwy. while I was in this area of town, I thought I would see if this lone pharmacist could just fill it while I was at this Target shopping. This lady was so very kind. She was alone, due to a apparent mistake in cvs scheduling (I asked) She became very busy and never lost her pleasant demeanor. I have honestly NOT had a CVS person, even at Walzem, be this caring and sweet to me! She transferred my script and filled it, and had it ready with a bunch of people in line for her attention! Her name was Tracy. So, CVS, you need a hundred more people like Tracy if your going to keep people coming to CVS. Give that hard working pleasant woman a raise and keep her happy! Never mind, send her to my new store: Austin Hwy, then give her the raise and per diem for mileage! Keep your customers happy! Keep Tracy happy! Keep your customers happy! Thank you Miss Tracy for an awesome experience I never had at a CVS!

Listen, I avoid this Target as much as possible - I just order on Amazon, and I live close by. The ONLY reason that I walked in, was to get the new COVID booster. I scheduled ahead, and they WERE on time. However, neither pharmacy person cracked a smile, or even spoke beyond the necessary mumbling. I was SO turned off by that experience. I guess that's on CVS, not Target. Additionally, I had picked up a few items, and attempted to pay using the self check-out. I use these things all of the time, everywhere. Major confusion ensued...the person assigned to the self-kiosks knew NOTHING, and I ended up at the customer service counter. THAT is on Target. Target, you may consider the self check-out unimportant, and thereby assign newbies to monitor it, but you would be incorrect. There should be an EXPERIENCED clerk at those kiosks, being that they are constantly busy. You have a bazillion unmanned registers, by the way...WHY did you even install them???
