“Today my son had an appointment to get his windshield replaced. He has water coming in from where he thinks is the windshield. Meyer Glass Company ran some test before installing the new windshield. They advised his leak was not coming from his windshield. As a father that has 3 children and wants what’s best for them, I can’t express how much it means to me and my wife that there are still good honest companies in the world today! “I was happy with my experience here. I picked this place initially because they work directly with USAA, and they were able to take my car in that day. They are also located right next to an enterprise which was very convenient! The only minor downside was that my car was projected to be finished on a Friday and they did not communicate to me until that Friday evening that the part they needed hadn’t even arrived yet, which was frustrating because I arranged my entire schedule around being able to pick up my car at their notice. However, it was finished just a few days later. Aside from communication, I was still very satisfied and would definitely come back.”

“My car was broken into when stopping in San Antonio for the night. I first booked with Safelite because my insurance suggested it which is a mistake I will never make again. Safelite made me wait a full day and then couldn't fix my window. I then called Rivera's Auto Glass. They got my car in right away, charged me about half of what Safelite wanted, and explained to me about the interior parts of my window and what was broken. They took good care of me! I had a great conversation throughout the repair, and the overall experience made my week (after the burglary and Safelite made it as miserable as could be).”

“I recently decided it was time to replace the front windshield of my '15 vw gti. This team was super kind, fast, and convenient. I was worried I'd be without my car for a few hours but they are super fast while still doing a perfect job. It took them less than an hour to get my car looking like new. Their team is super nice and I'm definitely going to bring my husband's truck here next. They were even nice enough to move all the stickers onto my new glass. They set it up exactly how I had it moving even my stuff hanging on my mirror exactly back as I had it. Their shop is also super nice and clean, which feels nice dropping it off knowing my car is in good hands. I would trust them to work on my car a million times again. I can just tell they care about their work and customers.”

“I took my 2008 Lexus GS350 in to have the touch screen replaced. I tried calling lots of other places, but they didn't do that work. They told me they could do it, but it took a long time - I got the car there about 10 am and I waited till about 3 pm and then it was finished. Patrick wasn't sure the part I brought would fit, because the connection looked a little different, but it fit fine and he got it done. It was a significant labor cost but was worth it. The people were friendly and my time of waiting was filled with good reading and pleasant conversation with people there. They do all kinds of auto work and they work very hard to maintain their good reputation. I was very glad I went there and I recommend it. I trust them.”
