“Super helpful and extremely kind, even made sure I knew that my good was broken after fixing my glass. Very fast work too, and my window shield have been smashed up badly. Very like employees, and affordable pricing. They didn’t try to take advantage of me either, I know women get taken advantage of a lot with cars because people assume we don’t know that much. (I know a bit, I’ve even worked on 2 cars of mine before.) But they were super kind and helpful. Absolutely will go back if I ever need any help with my windshield.”
“My car was broken into when stopping in San Antonio for the night. I first booked with Safelite because my insurance suggested it which is a mistake I will never make again. Safelite made me wait a full day and then couldn't fix my window. I then called Rivera's Auto Glass. They got my car in right away, charged me about half of what Safelite wanted, and explained to me about the interior parts of my window and what was broken. They took good care of me! I had a great conversation throughout the repair, and the overall experience made my week (after the burglary and Safelite made it as miserable as could be).”

“This review is from years ago, but it's because my tint has lasted since then. I came and spoke to someone who helped me pick the best option for me. Paid with a check and dropped my car off, and picked it up later that day. I got all the windows on my civic done expect my windshield and was told not to roll my windows down for x amount of days. Waited those days and had no issues after! No bubbles and peeling and it was done in maybe 2019 and it's 2024 now! Hopefully I'll go back soon to do my windshield finally lol”
“Great service and repair time!I took my car in after a car accident. The estimated time to complete got extended by 2.5 weeks due to new findings during repair and they had to order parts. Rental was not covered by my insurance unfortunately so I brought up my concern with my ride over the phone.They said they will try to expedite and they did complete the repair 4 days sooner than the promised day! The repair was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with their service.Having a car accident is already stressful but they definitely made a repair part easier for me.”

“I had a bad experience with a major national chain windshield repair company and decided to try these guys. They were certainly a lot more reasonable about their pricing. But better yet, their service was certainly much better. Not to mention, I didn't have to wait a week or two for the windshield to come in. They got it and installed it the same day I called them. If you feel like you have to pay for multi-million national ad campaigns, knock yourself out. If you want great service and great prices, these are the guys. LOL...If I had any complaints, they needed a "woman's touch" in their waiting area. I'm pretty sure they also do windshield repairs. These guys will be my "go-to".”

“100% recommend them!!! Honest professionals, friendly you won't get disappointed. My car got hit on the back right side bumper (hit and run) went to different collision places asking for an estimate (not using the insurance) most of the places wants you to use your insurance and give you this high prices and a 3 weeks waiting. C.A.R.S on the other hand were super friendly honest understood we didn't want to use the insurance, half an hour April send us the estimate, affordable just adding what the car really needs it, they got the parts, took my car in, and couple days after my car was done, looks like nothing happened to it,PERFECT, Iam very happy with the job truly recommend them.”
