“I won’t go into details to try and make this as short as possible. My wife had a low tire and stopped at another DT to get it fixed and 6 days later the same tire was completely flat. I changed it for the spare and stopped at the Balch Springs location to see what my options would be. Rigo took the time to explain the process on how their patching process works and took care of me very professionally to tell me the value of the certificates when I purchased the tires. I thought I would have to go back to the original location the tire was patched to see about replacing it but he told me the experience should be the same at every DT and stood by his word. I’ve been to several DT since doing business with them the last 20 years and so far this location has provided a top notch experience. Definitely will keep coming back with my business at this location to show my appreciation to the staff.”
“I swear to God this shop is my shop. I called, went in for them to look at my car and get an estimate. Which was very reasonable. They had my car ready in 2 days. I was so impressed with the work they did on the repairs. But they went a step further and washed and detailed my car. When I say I would recommend them to anybody. I definitely would. “I came to get tires for my Jeep. Not only did I get tires. I got some home down country BBQ. I didn't take a picture of the first sandwich, but I had to get two more to take home with me. Nothing but friendly service on both ends.”
“We had the best experience here today. Had a tire that went dangerously flat so rolled in despite this not being my usual Discount Tire. I had my son with me because it was an unexpected stop and Jose and the rest of the crew worked so hard to accommodate us while waiting. They worked quickly and had us in and out in 40 minutes faster than they predicted (amazing considering there were 12-15 other customers there as well). They honored the warranty on my tire, even considering it was a tire that was almost worn! They gave me all of my options and didn’t push any upsell items. “Personal Shout Out to - David, Scott, and Melvin - I came in late in the day thinking I was going to have to leave my car there and they immediately jumped into action! Blew my primary tire on highway, then my spare somehow had a nail in it, and it was all a mess.. David and Scott took care of everything and went out of their way to go the extra mile to get me back on the road, as they always do. Took care of my spare, ordered me a new rim, new tire, and got me rolling all that same evening.... Yeah, I am beyond thankful.”
