unprofessional mechanic, if you are a woman, he calls you to harass you so that you send him naked photos and things like that, apart from that he doesn't fix the cars properly so much so that he has already closed, according to his pastor, I hope they find out the type of person they have in their church

The person that worked with me showed me what was up with my used car, gave me some things I should look out for and gave me a price estimate on some things. He was nice and also bring cash so that you don't pay an extra fee and if you don't there's a gas station with an atm that charges 3 extra for whatever you take out

Worst experience ever. He robbed my family of over $3,000 on repairs that others charge around $500 for. The repairs he did didn't fix problem and he would not honor the warranty that i paid him for. He also broke my door frame trying to fix my windows.

I live in Fort Worth and my car broke down in Mesquite. I was clueless where to take my vehicle so I searched the nearest auto mechanic and found Isaac's Auto shop. At the time I didn't know he did towing so even though the shop was 2 miles away I still payed another company $200 on the spot. So at this point I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Finding Issac must have been Devine intervention. Isaac is so knowledgeable, like most people I wasn't prepared for this. He not only took the time to explain what was going on, he reassured me it was going to be ok. I have read some of the negative comments here regarding this shop, this has not been my experience at all. Issac is honest and upfront and the truth is sometime the problems are an easy fix and sometimes there not. I broke my timing belt and was given a fair price of which I paid, then I get a call from Issac stating we got bad news you bent valves. The situation was not good, it was expensive but It was the reality of the situation. Issac's trustworthiness and abilities, should go without question. I stated before I live in Fort Worth, if I ever need any additional work done I will make the drive. I also will only recommend him to friends and family going forward. If your looking for a mechanic in Mesquite Issac is the man to go see. Rusty Cobb

I have dealt with them for years and his services started out good, however over the years he had too many pots going on the stove so to speak and could not handle business to the best practice possible any longer. I took my car there on many occasions for the same problem that he nor his staff could get right, so at that point I believe they found a new issue so that they would not have to keep correcting what they never fixed to begin with at no charge. Long story short they still did not fix the initial issue...It had to be done by someone else. I am surprised that there are only a few reviews here sadly there were more on Google and they were all true to a point based on the service they may or may not have gotten from the shop. I cannot disagree with the people that had a good experience, but what I do know is that it is not worth the risk of trying on a 50/50 possibility that they get it right the first time or you have to come back 4 to 5 times and they still do not get it right. DO NOT BUY CARS, SUVS or ANYTHING of that nature from them, he buys the cars and does not check them out, since you have the 3 days to get your money back they make sure that they hold the car for those 3 days or more as if they are doing you a favor to "fix" the problem that he knew it had in the first place. If you have ever driven by and noticed that only a few cars have left and others have been there in the same spots for over a year and some months maybe 2, because they look good on the outside but they are junk cars to say the least, they are like the distant cousin to Mega Motors. I know a few people who have personally bought a car from him and said that it was the worst thing they ever did and for the exact reasons I listed. Do not be fooled at all, all I can say is do business with them at your own risk. I also think that it is sad that you have to make up your own positive reviews to overshadow the negative but true reviews.
