I had a great experience at Sally Beauty! The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable — they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. I really appreciated their friendly attitudes and great customer service. I'll definitely be back!

PLEASE CHECK PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING!!! I made the mistake of not checking my bottles of shampoo and conditioner and one of them had crust on the bottle and was half empty. While I didn’t check the product before leaving, employees should also check bottles and not just put out used product out in the floor.
