“The bulk raised bed soil was superb! I got 4 yards delivered and the fee was highly reasonable for my distance from the nursery. There was a small mixup with where they would actually be able to drop the load but it was easily worked out and not their fault that I misunderstood. The quality is again, amazing. I had gotten Burpees organic raised bed mix and it felt like the entire bag was just wood chips, so much so that at first I was gonna get half soil half compost delivered. But this soft loamy mix from Ron's was perfect, already had their super compost in it, and my seedlings will surely be thriving. The staff is also highly knowledgeable, I thought I had done my research with amendments but there's no research that can override first hand knowledge. Thanks again!”

After watching numerous YouTube videos and contacting the manufacturer, they advised me to return the gun due to a manufacturing issue. I called Rooster, and without any hesitation, they accepted the faulty gun and replaced it with a new one. The staff is so wonderful, I appreciate their great service and kindness! “Late review from a purchase I made here back in May or June.Don Joaquín was great! (His an older wise gentleman that walks around the nursery, at first look he look serious but that’s just how he is but he is actually nice man)This was my first time going there looking for to get a grapevine. I could not find anyone to talk to to ask for a price so I kept walking and looking and asking people there that were looking at plants and no one knew. I then saw Don Joaquin (who I did not know he was the one in charge and the owner). I walked towards his direction and while he was looking down with his hat on and turn towards my direction and began walking looking down with his hat blocking his face. I stood in front of him, I introduced myself and asked him how I could purchase a plant here? He responded with humor saying, “….pues con dinero…” (with cash).Side note, he speaks both English and Spanish.I then told him, I mean where do I pay or with who do I talk to? And that’s how I met Don Joaquin. He has a dry sense of humor and looks serious but he is great at what he does. I asked him about if he sold grapevine trees and told me that he was actually out since their season was over (spring season) but the he said “actually I think there might be one left somewhere in the nursery, if you find it you can take it for free.”At the time I did not know grapevines actually grew in warm hot weather, which is the reason I did research and went to look for them at nurseries to see for myself but I was excited to find one and own one but was not sure if this was another joke and Don Joaquin was just playing with me so I said, for real? So you are telling me there is one more left and if I find it you will let me take it for free? Because I could not believe him and I asked 3 times. He responded with, “…when I tell people I’m being serious I’m being serious. Look I will show you…” So he just went and showed me where it was and since I actually did not find it I told him wanted to pay for it because I had agreed to his challenge. He also was very generous and offer me to take other types plants that were out of season for free, I only took one blackberry type of vine.We then converse for a bout 10 minutes about how to care for the grapevine, how I can propagate it and about his time in business and feedback from his long time customer and outcome his clients had with the plants, trees, flower, etc they bought from him. He even offer me water and also a cold one for free since he was about to close for the day but I passed on that haha.”

“I have been growing palms for 20 years in the Dallas area. There are only two suppliers in the area that I would trust. The prices at the other place are higher and it’s over in Frisco. Ismael is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with this company. They seem to have the largest palms available, which is essential for the most cold hardiness. I can’t give a higher recommendation. If you live anywhere near Dallas, you’d be crazy to go elsewhere.”

“The crew and team are friendly and provided me with good service as I was in the restaurant especially in the paint department they were very helpful in guiding us towards a decision. While the only issue I encountered was one caused by me, I left a item in the parking lot, I called immediately and the person on the phone said I could come back with no issues to get another piece of my PVC pipe since I still had my receipt, however once I came back they said their was nothing they could do and that I had to buy another PVC pipe. It was disappointing to hear because it got my hopes up but at the end got confused due to hearing different things from different people. However other than that I enjoyed shopping here”

“Just had the most amazing experience in the garden department with Gerald and I believe the manager of that department. Dealing with an apartment complex unwilling to cut grass that is up to my chest. The animals are forced to walk on hot pavement to find a field half a mile away to go potty. Nothing is being done so while code compliance takes their time I needed to remedy the situation and got the help I needed by these 2 gentlemen . They also gave me a discount just due to my situation. If ten stars were possible I would have given it

“I give 4 stars because they were smart enough to hire Diamonte. He is the most honest and helpful person. When I tried to call to tell the manager about how helpful and honest Diamonte is, I got stuck in a phone loop for 6.35 minutes and then got disconnected. Hence the only 4 stars. Promote people like Diamonte. Work on your management department.”
