My sister was on my phone plan and recently purchased a new phone from this location. We explained to the sales person guy that she was going to travel internationally in a few days and she wanted to make sure that she could use the phone in another country. He assured us that the phone could be unlocked in 14 days but after trying to see if she could sign up for an international plan elsewhere, she found out that she had to wait at least 180 days for the phone to be unlocked. This caused my sister to have to return the phone so that she could buy an unlocked phone elsewhere. Not only did she not receive the full refund back due activation fees and because he claimed that there was a fee for sending the phone back to Houston, but I had to take my sister off my phone plan and sign up for a new phone plan for my own line. Not only did my sister not receive her full refund, but I was charged $27.69 to change my plan all because the male employee didn’t inform us correctly about the metro policies for unlocking a new phone. I requested to be signed up for the $60 phone plan, but upon logging into my metro app, I discovered that the guy sales person had proceeded to sign me up for the $70 phone plan instead. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Everything about this experience was quite a headache to deal with.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Everything they do is overpriced. They've charged over $50 for an esn change. But this is what happens when middle eastern folks are in our neighborhoods trying to make money off of us. Go to the location of 1512 S. Beltline Rd Dallas TX 75253.

I came to the store to switch my service and the guy told me I will have to get a new phone to switch my services because he couldn't unlock my phone. Anyway went to another Metro pcs store and did it with no questions, no problems. The guy just wanted to stay on his phone because he didn't have no business at the time.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I went to pay my phone bills as usually bc I have 5 lines. The upfront ladies they were listening to music and ignoring me at all cost. I told to Ms Sylvia that can you turn off the music which is too loud and I can't hear you. She totally ignored me and I left the store without paying that day. The whole personnel needs to be checked and probably replaced with new personnel who pay attention to the customer service.

Lmaoo I remember when I used to work here years ago and the owner tried to hold me accountable for a robbery mid shift and was expected to pay for the loss. I quit the next day... not very professional looking back and if you want my honest opinion, take your business else where.
