I received a message after transferring 1 phone to another phone. I got a scame msj from this location, and the message said thanks for bring your phone to metro and with link on it about metropcs.io to make changes and payments avoid this place or your information will be stolen and be careful when u give them u password because they will change it and u have to call 611 or visit another store to charge u password and u have to create a new one hate those scamers I will take actions against them....

Went in to get my free phone turned on but my grandson put a lock on it. Had to by a new one. The young man that helped me was awesome n very patient. I think his name was Joe (I'm not good at remembering names)
