“On May 31st and my apologies for the late post but I would like to THANK Mr. Brian (hope I spelled your name correctly) for helping me on the delivery of my King size Core Mattress sets and not only did he do that for me with a price that I could afford. I forgot that I would need something to set my mattress on so I received box springs and a frame so my new mattress wouldn’t be on the floor.I just want to say Thank you Mr. Brian for helping me and thanks for keeping the price within my budget.So far I’ve purchased a refrigerator and I have a beautiful living room set and now a mattress set rest assure I will be purchasing my bedroom set hopefully by the end of the year ?”

The sales rep was extremely helpful while not trying to push me into a mattress overbudget. The financing options are great for someone with not the greatest credit and easy to understand the terms of.”

“I was looking for a new mattress and went through few stores over some time and Graham was very knowledgeable and friendly on assisting me finding the perfect mattress. Did the machine for preference and was able to narrow it down to two. He provided me the pros and cons per mattress and guided me to narrowing it down to the right one overall making it easy for me to decide. Overall great experience, knowledgeable and process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I drove 40 min out there again after trying other stores.”

“I love BT FURNISHING and hate that they are going out of business being that I have bought furniture here in the past. All though they’re going out of business it’s a plus for me because I get to purchase luxury furniture at an unbelievable discounted price. It was a pleasure to work with Dave. He showed me quite a few sofa & loveseat sets without rushing me while I decided on which one I wanted to buy. If they weren’t going out of business I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family to the location here in Garland.”

“I got a beautiful couch and loveseat from here and it was of great quality too. They have layaway plans that are workable for anyone. Shantal is sweet as pie and so helpful and honest. I wanted a sectional so bad but my livingroom is very small. She could have sold me a sectional and let me deal with it not fitting. She was honest and told me that it is too big for the area that you have. I was very impressed with that.. You may not have allot of options in the store to pick from but you have allot of online options! I picked from the online options and was very pleased with my choice. “My wife and I recently visited Rooms to Go in search of a new bed, and we were fortunate to catch a fantastic weekend special, which we gladly seized. The bonus was their complimentary delivery and assembly service. A special shoutout to Kristen Wright, whose assistance made the process smooth and helped us find the perfect fit. Now, when it comes to furniture shopping, I'm one of those folks who often struggle to find pieces I truly like. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”

“I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Town East of Mesquite. Instantly greeted coming in the door, this young lady named Mackenzie “Kenzie” was so friendly and helpful in just letting me search the entire store for the items I had in mind. I must have bothered that beautiful young lady about 7 or 8 times in my hour-and-a-half search of the entire store. Each time Mackenzie was so happy to assist me and answer my many questions, yet never being pushy or directing me to the store items she is probably supposed to feature. I did not buy that very day, and slept on it overnight. But that same afternoon I initially went there, Mackenzie gave me her contact information, which upon thinking of more questions I should have asked while there, I was able to text Mackenzie all my extra questions, and her responses were lightening fast and correct. I was then able to make a fully informed decision. The very next day I went there again in the morning and was so thankful that Mackenzie was able to help me again. I ended up buying a recliner sofa and chair and dining room set for a really nice price, all thanks to Mackenzie. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better and more pressure-free experience. Mackenzie was so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, I can only wish every shopping situation I have with a sales associate in the future is like Mackenzie’s. This young lady knows how it can and should be done when interacting with customers. She has unlimited potential that should be groomed for higher-level responsibilities. Best experience I’ve had.
