If I could give ZERO I would. They can't seem to get referrals from the insurance done on a timely manner or get it done correctly. I have had to cancel appointments because they get the wrong location for my referrals. Wish I could go somewhere else but my doctor is very good.

They're not busy, turned me away because I was 17 minutes late when there's heavy rain and accidents in Dallas and I was with patients of my own. Waited an entire month for this appointment too, this place is definitely not patient-centered, a little bit of understanding goes a long way. I'm sure the providers here are amazing, but if your weak links are the clerical staff, you need new clerical staff.

The lady who answers the phone Brenda is extremely rude. She talks down to you like your incompetent.. I've never talked to a doctors office that had such horrible customer service. And if your sick it's impossible to get an appointment, but if it's a follow up they can get you right in. Makes no sense

Not recommended, you try to call to make an appointment, they never answer for hours trying to make an appointment by phone and you can never schedule it, you have to go to the office and they look like, "What can I do with your appointment?" don't waste your time. I can't give fewer stars, in my opinion it doesn't deserve even one.

The absolute worst place you can possibly go! If you can make it past there super rude and incompetent front desk lady’s. They are rude and mean as hell to me and my kid everyone time I come. They make it impossible for us to be seen. This place is terrible!

Appt set for 1:30. Arrived at 12:30. Wasn't seen. Waited until 2 in the exam room. Finally just left. DO NOT COME HERE! They put the U in Useless.

Worst front desk people ever doctors are amazing but front desk people will get everything WRONG ! they never listen and on top of that when it comes to financial services they are the worst ! They will make excuses about your payment methods and not even give you the right bill ! Even if insurance covers all of it ! And don’t get me started on appointments they never schedule people for the right appointment! I’m sorry but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had! THEY HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDE ISSUES .
