This is a Carenow facility now. Doctor Joseph David is extremely disrespectful, insensitive, speedy and incorrect diagnosis. I had followed my instincts and insisted on getting a test he didn't want to do. He had said his results were "definitive". After the results came back from the lab.. turns out I was correct. He was incorrect on his diagnosis. Came back up for a consultation, they would like to charge me an additional fee. This is a special circumstance. I will be reporting this experience and recommend additional training on how to treat people.

I walked the clinic on Saturday 18th and was in great pain. I was refused service and it was only minutes after 1 pm. The receptionist told me to come back Sunday. The place was empty! Not one patient waiting to see the doctor didn't want to see me there.

Change the name to slow med care. This place is not fast or urgent. They now do everything by appointment which completely rules out accidents so this is no longer an urgent care. The emergency room is faster if you walk in. Everyone with an appointment bumps you so you will never be seen

I almost didn't come because of the negative reviews. However, I had a very pleasant experience and would come again. I arrived on a Tuesday morning a little after 10am and was out the door by 11:30am. I was a walk in and Kassandra took my info. I had to fill out a quick form and provide my ID and insurance card. About 10 minutes later I was called back to the receptionist desk, received my cards back and given a tablet to sign off on some more things. About 10-15 minutes later I was called back to see a doctor. Once taken back I noticed it was an open clean area with a desk and several patient rooms. The patient room I was taken into was also clean. After my vitals were taken by Haley, I was seen by David (NP). I'm confident in his diagnosis and was prescribed medicine. Haley and David were friendly and asked if I had additional questions after being seen.

terrible place. i went in for drug test that set at 1:00 p.m they had me waiting over an hour and even started calling people that came in after me before me. the workera are extremely rude. i felt discriminated against. i never review but after is i had too.

Was there on 11/30/2022. Arrived about 7:45am. Opens at 8:00am people were already lined up. I was number 3. Went as a walk in. I think the first 2 had appointments not sure , but after that walk ins were being told to come back at 1:00pm. They called me back at about 8:30am. I was in and out. They did covid, flu and strep test. Got result and called in my meds. I was back in bed in less than 3 hours. The staff and service was knowledgeable and magnificent.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK. The day before I came my daughter was in the ER due to her severe flu symptoms and her weird breathing. While being discharged they told me to either return to ER or go to urgent care if her symptoms do not improve or if her breathing doesn't get better. The morning I took her to fast med she was belly breathing and just wasn't doing any better. Took her to urgent care to be reassured that she was fine or if she needed to be treated she could get treated. Staff was very unprofessional especially the NP. barged in the door saying "she looks fine to me" I was trying to show her how she was breathing this morning (I had videos) and she disregarded what I was telling her. Did not check her respiration rate correctly as I work in the medical field and am familiar with these things. NP also was being snappy when she said the ER prescribed my daughter medicine (that I had no idea about. I even called the pharmacy and the ER and they had no such order) and told me to "call and figure it out" in a rude tone. The cherry on top was that this urgent care sent out for albuterol (for a nebulizer) but not one for a nebulizer? So the medicine is completely useless. By the time cvs told me, this urgent care was already closed and there was nothing I could really do that I haven't done already to help my daughter breathe better (due to her wheezing). I understand this is an urgent care and not and ER, but they don't function very URGENTLY as they should. Very friendly staff especially Natalie who eased any nervousness I had. Got me in and out quickly while still addressing my concerns with great care.

Worst place I have ever been and nothing Fast about it or any kind of urgency what so ever. So if you are coming cause you are sick good luck and if you have to take a drug test you will more likely use the restroom on yourself before you are seen.

I went to this place because my Doctor was closed for Memorial Day. My granddaughter is sick started out with sneezing and a cold after a fever the next day I woke up sick , the rest of the household is sick with same symptoms sore throat, headache, runny nose and congestion. The Doctor at Fastmed was talking very unprofessional I heard when he asked the Nurse Assistant what was up with me he walked in the room and very fast diagnosed me with a sinus congestion infection not wanting to hear and didn't care to hear how it was a viral my whole house was sick he refused to test me for flu, strep he said he wasn't doing all that. I'm guessing my whole household has sinus infection?? I don't know his name but will find out I was just very ill & didn't have the time to ask or argue with him. He is a African American Doctor he looks like to me he was not happy being there he was rushing everyone out.

Would not recommend this urgent care. Would give 0 stars if i could.Came in with abdominal pain. Told the physician where it hurts. He palpated my abdomen and told me i was constipated. That was all and left the room. Later someone comes in and brings me discharge papers and I'm thinking seriously? I paid $50 for this? I know what constipation feels like. I bring up my concerns that i feel it's something else and inquire about an X-ray or other diagnostics. The physician tells me an x-Ray only shows bones and they can not do any other imaging tests. I've gotten an X-Ray of my lungs and abdomen so I know that is not true. My issue was brushed under the rug and they did not care about my concerns. They took my money and kicked me out. The healthcare system really needs to change. UPDATE: Went to a MD who actually listened to me and the true cause of my abdominal pain was found. It was actually something much more serious that requires surgical intervention. Thank you fast med urgent care for giving me a diagnosis just to rob me and get me out of the office. Even when I voiced concerns. You provided me with no solution. A customer service representative contacted me after I left this review to give me excuses as to why I did not receive proper care. You should listen to your patients and hear them out. You never know when another health care professional will come into your office and actually know how things should be done. Another thing you should when visiting this office is if you pay with a card, they may make additional charges that you did NOT authorize which I found out today.

I was still charged $89 for vitals after expressing I no longer wanted to be seen. The physician never even touched me because I decided I no longer wanted to be seen at the clinic, but I was still made to pay as if he had. Not to mention the NP/physician/PA who saw me slammed the door on me as I was sitting in the office trying to decide if I wanted to go throuh with the procedure. All in all, I expect my healthcare providers to be a little bit more compassionate.

Friendly and fast service. O I would definitely recommend this clinic. They even put a smile on my daughter face. Priceless
