I would like to make the public, especially women aware of
C & M Tire and Muffler/Discount Tires off of 11912 Elam rd. Balch Springs, TX 75180
I went in Sunday 9/1/2024 to have my 235/40 R18(already a smaller tire size than it should be) moved from my front driver side to my back driver side and then I paid $50 for a new 245/40 R18(the correct size that is on three of my wheels) to be put on my front. Saw the front was good and assumed great I can go. ??
Labor Day I lost tire pressure and checked to find a 215/40 R18 on my rear driver side.
Uh hello? Where is MY tire and to put such a drastically smaller tire is obviously negligent, shady and potentially dangerous. I have children in my car.
Tuesday 9/3/2024 I went back to the shop to discuss this with the employees and ask where MY tire was. One man first tried to say I bought two tires and the 215/45 R18 is what I paid for along with the correct 245/40 R18 in the front.. I informed him how I would never buy such a small tire and I have the receipt for only purchasing one tire, he then said I came in with the 215/45 R18….. Lol, oh so y’all are gaslighting and taking advantage of women by assuming naivety. I bought the 235/40 R18 a week ago… I know what’s on my car, especially because it was already the wrong size to begin with.
I asked to review the cameras with him to prove who’s right, as I have the receipt and time stamp. He refused and then proceeded to ignore me in the rain and walk off- while a shop of five grown men whom all watched me argue and understood seemingly perfect enough to be amused; all claim to suddenly not speak English anymore and ignore me.
Shady, crooked and dangerous.
Shame on every grown man in that shop taking advantage of women to gain an extra dollar. Disgusting. I would avoid at ALL costs.

I drove over there today parked got out of my truck, One truck pulled in front of me that's fine. The gentleman looked over at me and told his co-worker to talk to me And start walking towards me when another car with another Spanish person pulled up he goes over and talks to him and pulls him in. I set there it's okay another car pulls in with a Spanish Person in it he looks at me and goes and pulls the other guy in. I really don't know if they don't like gringos or not It sure seemed like it so I left thank you I guess I can't talk Spanish so they don't want to talk to me. Worst place I'd ever been to and I had a lot of work than you to be done thousands of dollars.

It was cheap, that's the only good thing about this place. They gave us really bad tires. Its been 2 weeks and both tires that they changed are messed up. Now we have to spend more money going somewhere else to get new tires.

I went in and helped right away ✅ they were down within 10-15 minutes with an oil change and also advised another they saw as well so I’ll know ahead of time on what needs to be done! It was also very affordable and easy to go to! Very recommended!!

Replaced a tire here since I had a blow out and they messed up my tire valve stem which I didn’t know until 2 days later when I had another blow out on the side. Great work guys!
