Ref No. 577-140853-240712-1 07/12/2024 had to ask my neighbor for a boost; battery was not charged. I made it to AutoZone and Mr. Ramiro assisted me. He checked my battery gave me a print of results; battery dead. He gave me options on batteries in stock. I choose a battery and warranty according to me income. Kudos to Mr. Ramiro for his exceptional customer service!

Store hours
at what time this store is really....open at the door doesn't say anything on Google say 7 am is 7:20 door still closed people drive thinking is open and is not be better on u store hours

I was just at AutoZone on Elam Rd, Balch Springs & Kenny was so kind & explained everything to me. I had check engine light on & he checked it & totally helped me understand the situation with me car. I’m an old woman & he was so kind. The world needs more people like “Kenny”.

I had went in there yesterday to buy air filters so they could change them but they told me they couldn’t do it I was very disappointed they weren’t busy or anything so I end up having to go to another one right up the road and they done it with no problem.

Terrible service, I went to change a part, they did not make the change and then Boos did not tell me anything and César did not leave me standing without giving me a solution, they only told me that they would not change meAnd ready!!! Without explanation any bad feelings
