“First off I’ve been taking my vehicles to Paul’s for quite some time. Always gr8 customer service and top notch quality work. When the work is great the price matches it.I took my car in to have it looked at and he told me what was wrong, the initial cost was 1250$ and I had to be back at work ( out of town) by Tuesday. However, he starts to work on it Tuesday morning, I went to get my things out of my car to prepare to go back to work, to my surprise Paul was finishing up. He told me what the problem was, and fixed the problem. Which knocked off almost 400$. There’s not too many technicians who would’ve been honest like he was. So if you want quality work , honesty and fair prices ( depending on the work being provided) Paul’s Automotive is where you want to go.”
“Had to replace my A/C compressor due to failure. Contacted multiple mechanics who advised if purchase the Freon and part myself, they would charge anywhere from $500-$1500.
Netos quoted $250 AND were able to get me in next day for the repair!!
Having the AC fail on the hottest days of the year had me incredibly stressed and worried for my families overall health as school pick up lines can sometimes take an hour.

He does what he can to offset costs on certain things while still doing the repairs right. “I trust no other people to take care of my car. They are trustworthy and I never feel as a women that they are trying to get over on me. The only down fall is that they are busy and you always have to driop your vehicle off. It will never get looked at the same day since they are so busy but they always do great wirk. This is my forever shop. If they ever closed I wouldn't know what to do.”

“My son-in-laws window got broken out while in San Antonio at a conference the morning coming back to the Dallas area. I called All Around Auto Glass and got an immediate answer and quote. I was concerned about scheduling and timing since he would not be back in the area until around 3:00 pm, but David (the owner) gave me a quote and scheduled the repair for that time! The quote was fair and the professionalism was awesome! He showed up 5 minutes early and completed the job (rear passenger window) in less than 30 minutes! He even vacuumed the broken glass out of the grass.....who would even do that LOL! I highly recommend him!”
