I don't remember how we came to know Drs Shepard and Murphy but they have been the loving medical providers for our little girl Piper, since we rescued her as a pup, and up to his passing, our horribly missed, Izzy.
Our relationship goes back more than 20 years. I can't imagine ever trusting any other vets like I do these two. And their assocites, techs, and whole staff, are somewhere north of excellent.

“WOW!!! If I could give this office and the staff 10 stars, I would in a heart beat. When I moved to league city I was worried about finding a good vet. This veterinary hospital has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walk in the door I can feel how caring all the staff are. They are accommodating to my crazy anxiety ridden heeler, and give my lab and kitty all the loves from start to finish. They are open about all costs, and give estimates before giving any care. My cat was recently hospitalized overnight, and they kept me well informed the entire time. I knew he was in great hands. Thank you all very much from Rosie, Ranger and Jerry. We so appreciate what you do!”
“They took care of our baby Maltipoo boy, Gumbo. Destiny the nurse, Stacey front desk and the doctor were all such wonderfully pleasant, so sweet and kind and helpful. They got me in same day with an appointment, walked me through CareCredit application, and were so sweet to our fur son. Gumbo especially loved his nurse Destiny.
Called them today with some concerns, and was answered and helped by Stacey, who is just the kindest most helpful representative at any business I’ve ever spoken with.
Y’all have a great team, and took care of one of my kids. I’ll always be a customer with this hospital.”
“Great experience with them. Had two bad experiences (well my fur baby). So I have been iffy about clinics. Dr. Richardson is amazing. He was very kind made my fur baby comfortable and myself. Had no issues at all. It was a great experience and my anxiety was at ease before it was time for my babies vaccines. Definitely my clinic for now on.”

“The care our animals have received at TLC Animal Hospital and board has been above and beyond. We have a deer chiuaua named Goose who is 7 years of age, and we have a puppy that weighs in at 30lbs named rerun. They've known him since they could carry him around with one hand. And they helped us when it was time to say goodbye to our loving cat Abigail. She was with us for 27 years. It felt as if one of our own children had passed. And they were with us every step of the way. Checking in on us. Sending us cards. Even on the anniversary of her passing. When ever Rerun or Goose have to go in for anything, they act as if it were a trip to a friend's house. Who wouldn't want that for their pets. Especially when we have to leave them behind. Whether for a trip or just the day. Our Animals are always looking happy when we drop them off or pick them up. That does my heart good.”

“I love this Banfield and the vets at the League City location are awesome and have always taken great care of my dogs! I would recommend putting your dogs/cats on a Banfield Wellness Plan as it has saved me lots of money and is so nice since all visits, vaccines, rabies, worming, most bloodwork are covered on the plan. In addition to option to add the affordable heartworm prevention/injections to the plans. You also get all yearly dental cleanings covered yearly. And if on a puppy plan the spay/neuter are covered as well. Staff so helpful and friendly!”
