“Joe's is my pet food/supply and hibiscus spot! I really love this place since my sis told me about it, they have great prices on quality pet food, treats, and other pet supplies then on top of them being a good feed store they also have a really cool small nursery attached and Courtney who is often at the front desk there has to honestly be one of the most knowledgeable hibiscus people I've been able to find in this area which has been very nice to be able to learn a thing or two from her I have probably bought 10 or 12 of my hibiscus from her. I can't say enough about how all of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would recommend this spot to any of my friends and I usually try to go there every other week myself”
“I have been to every vet clear lake area. I worry so much about Gypzi Sue and never felt okay and better after vet visits until here!! They make us both feel better. Very brilliant and understanding. The front desk ladies are so patient and knowledgeable, with me calling all the time they have never once made me feel like they were too busy !! “Amanda has been grooming my dogs for a couple of years and she does a great job! One of my pups is a rescue and hates having her face touched and Amanda somehow gets through to her and handles her so well. She does amazing job and all the staff are so nice. I highly recommend this place.”

“Rainforest Pets is an amazing locally owned pet shop that has an amazing variety of animals. The owner is very friendly and helpful as is all of the staff working in the shop. They build tanks for all of your animals needs!! They have even started selling plants for your terrariums. Highly recommend this pet store. They also offer a rewards program so your purchases add up and you get rewarded later. They also sell bugs and such for your animal babies needs.”
“David and Cameron Rose went above and beyond in helping me recently with an order for one of our ranch deer blinds. I ordered and received a replacement window for our Atascosa blind, as well as replacement latches. Cameron even went so far as to make and send me a short video demonstrating installation. Dang. “I've been getting rats for my snake here for years. We really enjoy seeing all the awesome animals. They have a wide variety of pets to choose from, and they work around the clock to keep up with all the animals. They take in lots of animals that are in bad shape and nurse back to good health. Great place to get what you need for your pets.”
“Zach is my groomer..excellent work on my Lilly..she loves you...very friendly atmosphere and very educated groomers. Lilly is 65 pound golden retriever and she's outside dog she's very excited has lots of energy and 3 years old. They do excellent work. And are very patient with animals. Thank you again Zach ?”

“I visited the Pet Supermarket today and was slightly disappointed by the lack of customer service. Despite there being three employees and not more than 4 customers in the store, it took 10 minutes for someone to offer assistance. I even had to initiate a conversation with an employee i was standing 3 feet away from in order to get help the first time. Keep in mind, they greeted the customers who came after me. I have managed a number of operations from bakeries to homeless shelters, so I just notice these things.
On the positive side, the store had a fantastic selection of high quality pet food, and as a pet owner, that's what really matters to me. While I don't mind if people greet me or not, I believe that good customer service is important. Therefore, I'm deducting one star for the lack of greeting and customer service. Nonetheless, the exceptional selection of food is what keeps me coming back.”

“I have several items that I purchased from this store. When there something I bought stops working . I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”
