These folks seem to work hard. Free services galore and they honor and in sure rarely get a tip. Or think about one. I can say they've always been friendly. Always researched what I was looking for. No didn't have part today. But it can be ordered and at the store tomorrow most of the time. I have 3 stores around me but always go to Bacliff store. Thanks again T D

Don't even waste your time trying to buy anything at the store. Nobody wants to help. They are not friendly at all at this location. God forbid they help you find what you're looking for. Seriously don't even know how they're staying open. Next time I will happily drive a little further, so that I don't have to encounter such horrendous service and maybe actually get what I need

This store is never really helpful, the workers always say they don't have cash to give change after 5. They give wrong parts when they look up parts. I only go here out of necessity it's getting ridiculous how this place is ran.
