Joaquin told my parent that if they didn't buy new phones their service would be cut off. They had just bought phones from him withing the last year. He is trying to use scare tactics to up his own sales. I've contacted corporate and was told there was no policy in place for how old phones could be. I have also filed a complaint with the attorney general of Texas. When we went to another metroPCS there was no issue. Evidently we are not the first people that this has happened to.

I have been a customer for a very long time. I always pay my bill at this location but not anymore. The employee named Jose was very rude and disrespectful. He has been trying to force me into buying a new phone for 3 months, telling me I will lose service and lose everything in my phone because it's going to stop working. He says it's too old and they won't allow me to have such an old phone. This month when he started with the same sales pitch, I asked some questions trying to understand exactly what he was saying. He cut me off and told me he was done talking to me. And that I will see when I lose everything on my phone. I called corporate and they told me everything he said was basically a lie to try to make a sale. What a terrible thing to do to a long time customer.
