I once wholeheartedly recommended Baylor Animal Clinic to everyone, but now my heart is shattered by the agony they have inflicted upon my beloved senior feline companion and me. The joy I once felt in seeking their help has been replaced by deep sorrow, as my precious fur baby is enduring even greater suffering than before our visit. He is now caught in a relentless cycle of pain, and I feel utterly helpless, forced to watch him struggle while I search for a way to recover the money they charged me. Until then, we're left in this unbearable limbo, praying for a miracle that will free him from this torment or ease his distress.

I strongly recommend Baylor Animal Clinic, I was very surprised when the vet tech and the vet came into the room the vet first thing they did was greet my puppy with love, playfulness and care!!! I appreciate the care they provided for my puppy!

Did great with my puppy. Took time to answer any questions I had and even explained on how to save money with th rest of his shots. Will definitely keep taking him there

We had to.let go of our dog of 14 years not only did they make it easy to go for him but helped us too

Yeah, I absolutely agree with the other people here, the veterinary practice here is overall unprofessional. Not only did they misdiagnose my dog and scare us over an emergency surgery my dog didn’t need, they took an inconclusive Xray. In specific, my sister brought my dog in, and once getting the (what we were told is severe) Xray results, the male doctor said "Merry Christmas!" to her. What embarrassing words out of the mouth of someone who is supposed to be professional, do you not understand these animals are our whole heart and soul? The two vet techs were sweethearts, so don’t give them any trouble. Also, an X-Ray tech at another vet had informed us that the method Baylor had used was faulty, they took my Dog’s xray on the side when dog x-rays are supposed to be taken on their backs so the stomach fluid doesn’t all fall to one side. Therefore it looked like he had something he didn’t. Overall, you are better off taking your pet to another vet such as Alliance, where the staff are caring and friendly, know what they are doing, and don’t make unnecessary comments when delivering your bad news. Will never be back.

Took good care of my pups, and are friendly. The price just seems to fluctuate on who you are talking to that day. Flea medicine was quoted 180 but when picked up the price went to 220. I know it depends on weight class but the 180 was for the dogs weight class. When we went for first time shots and vaccines everything went well. But the lady vet (sweet and compassionate) seemed to try to rack up the bill by adding so many things. Like expensive vitamins, anti inflammatorys, and possible x rays because the silly dog played too rough with my other one. He was healing fine, I appreciate the concern but it was overall just too expensive for me to get it for him. I appreciate their hard work though. Just a heads up, definitely check out the low cost days! It went from 170 on our first pup to 330 on our second one! Lady with the soft welcoming voice is amazing!!!! And savannah is very sweet as well!!!

I had bad recommendations before I even went to this vet animal alliance is way better thats the vet i switched to because of one the male the first time i met him he put my dog to sleep he was very Unsympathetic the 2nd time i met him he gave my dog the wrong shot 3rd time I called toI called to askI called to ask a called to ask a few questions about chewy the dr. Vet got all irritatet started yellling an trying to argue wit mith me i literally hung up on him an he was still running his mouth they dont care about the animals or that male bet doesn't anyway,but i switch to a much better cheaper vet animal alliance there cheaper friendlyer And they do charity work for animals and everything Heartgard the heartworm prevention medicine is $12 over there they have low cost vaccines everyday they spayed or nudder animal's for free if u one of the 1st 7 there they only do 7 spayes free a day they do charity work help many animals Baylor Clinic tried charging me $800 to have my dog spayed animal alliance it it for less then $100 theyre great with animal baylor clinic is about money not animals an i wish i knew that male vets name cause i sure would have mentioned it but im glad i found out what i did so i could switch vets the next wrong shot he may have given my dog may have made her ill or worse killed her This is not a good loving vet to bring ur pet he even tried telling me that vets dont give 3 yr ravies shots unless requested witch is a lie i always got a email or message from my other vets about bringing him in for his 3 yr rabies shot but i could never make it because it has to be on the same day as the yr before or before then so he tried pawning his misstake on me because I didnt ask for it an when i called to see why she got her 1 yr shot instead of her 3 yr shot they lady said the vet that sid the shot must not have looked at her records but i would have so he messed up an teied to cover his tracks i even called a few vets an asked if the 3 yr rabies shot had to be asked for an they all said no not if she has already had her 1 yr rabies vaccine

Lousy,, staff is great but I question at least 1 of the “vets” is even certified,, worst exam I’ve seen ,, waste of money,, need at least 2 trips to fix any issue,, need competition,. 0 stars here

Very,Very Expensive and not consistent with treatment or diagnosis.
There (ok) if there all you have. Very, Very Expensive compared to the vet I have now.
