Went in looking for something. Couldn't find it. No one bothered to ask me if they could help me and they were not busy. The two girls at the front door were just talking when I left and didn't say Come Back or Did you find what you needed. BETTER SHAPE.UP, HEARING OTHER NOT SO GOOD THINGS FROM OTHER PEOPLE
The only friendly one so far is the little hispanic older man. Better keep him.

Asked about propane and they told me they fill it all day; i got there and they said oh your gonna have to come back tomorrow. Drove 45 minutes out of my way after being called and told I can get propane any time to being told I have to come back tomorrow.

I have used the store many a time and the young man behind the counter named Joaquin was very informative very professional I would say this store is very lucky to have such a man working for them

The new store is wonderful. It has a wonderful selection of products. My experience with customer service has been mixed. At times they are helpful and friendly. At other times they are very slow and inattentive to their customers making check out very slow.
My only other problem is the man who works there who chews on cigars all day and spits in the floor. I found that a bit disgusting.
Most likely the customer service issues are due to the fact that they are new and adjusting to new systems.
I'm so happy to have an Ace Hardware close to home

They advertise bicycle tires & tubes, whe. I was there they were out of my size and only has small kids 16”. They should have reordered them before they ran out. Also they had 2 locations in store for bike parts. Picked em up at Walmart- same price.
