Very quiet and clean. Great place to board and stable your horses. Julie (owner) is awesome to work with. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

This place may have been great years ago, but it is down the drain right now. Despite the new upgrades and whatnot, it's all for looks and nothing about the horses. Not only is the property owner money hungry, she is disrespectful, and shows little care for your horses. Me and my horses moved here last year, we were okay for the first few months and as time went on we started noticing so many issues in the property such as loose wires which gave our horses cuts and bruises. I stepped in a gash of wires and also fell while on the property. I brought this to her attention. She just disregarded it. Dismissal of your concerns or issues when you bring it to her about the property things hurting your horses. She carries herself as someone who cares for the money, not you or your horses.Recently she started working on renovations on the property and prices increased. I understand the economy is bad but the rate at which prices went up and the additional stalls she put in the Pens is ridiculously tight. The pens are so small for a 1000lbs horse to move around freely. Other tenants in the properties are also complaining about the price and renovations. During her renovations, she put my horse in a makeshift pen, and let's say they did a terrible job. One day while it was windy, a panel from the pen stall got loose and startled my 2-year-old horse. My 2-year-old ran into the loose panel and got a huge gash cut on her leg. She gave us a call later and with no care or regard or anything, all she did was try to blame a 2-year-old horse for running into a loose panel. A panel should be steady so the horse living in this space can feel safe. My girl bled all night and by the time the emergency vet came, it was so bad she got so many injections or meds. The property owner never apologized or asked how she was doing and we lost our beautiful girl by the weekend. All of this to say, if you are doing renovations on your property and creating a 2 by 4 box for 1000lbs horses to live in, make sure it is safe and breathable. But for her, this is not the case. It is all about the money and maximizing the space for her benefit.We clean every day or every other day. But she got to the point of texting us 3 times a day to come clean after we just finished cleaning. Honestly, not only did this feel like an attack on us, it felt discriminatory. Afterwards, when she sees us in person she starts making derogatory comments about our horse and us. Out of respect we never said anything to her. She hired someone on our behalf to clean our stalls without our permission and for no reason and then told us after the fact then charged us. After a few messages to try to get to an understanding that we have daily jobs ours the horses but we will make it there to clean the next day, she sent a text minutes later stating we have been evicted. Mind you we never ever got into an argument with her. We always respected and responded with respect. We were shocked that we have 4 days to move our horses. 4 good ole days. Tell me how that is right for someone who says they are committed to caring for your horses.Trust me I will never bring my horses here and I advise you not to. We've lost two of our girls just in the spam of staying here for a year. That's not a loss you want to take. BEWARE BEWARNED and don't fall for the trap. This place will cost you money, your joy, and the joy of your horses

I stayed here in my camper and rented a pen, prices are very reasonable and all the folks there are friendly, I really enjoyed my stay, conveniently located, enough riding places, wonderful arena, very well maintained. Loved this place.

As a kid we attended events here - great to see it has come back! The old stalls with attached runs have been updated and are ideal.

The covered arena is great. I recommend this boarding stables to all my friends. The staff is very helpful!
