Update,
How low can you go? Accusing self checkout shoppers of stealing, pressing charges and ruining their lives, but I waited 20 mins in line to be checked out by a human. If I need a cashier nobody’s available. But if somebody forgets to scan something on their way out the door for people show up to stop them. Seems like Walmart is up-to-date, more chaos, less actual work getting done.
Don’t think you’re going to get your items for the price they are marked. I have caught stuff ring up for more than it was marked almost every time I come in here. I wish there was somewhere else to shop that gave Walmart some competition. They don’t have anyone keeping them in line. People get frustrated when you hold up the line because prices don’t match.

Waiting in line isn't new to consumers, being sent to a cashier and then having to wait a second time to check myself out is an issue. This store needs more competent employees and functional cash registers would be great. I won't be stopping for receipt checkpoints either since I am the customer and cashier. Do better Walmart.

We came to pick up our order, parked, called the number and gave them the name of the order. They asked if we could repeat the name and then there was a long pause. So we let them know we could provide them with the order number, they said yes. We read the order number to them and then they told us that they did not have that at this location and maybe we ordered it at a different store. So we hung up we double checked and it was available and ready at this location. When we called back, the lady said oh , I thought you said light not white! it’s right here. But the last name should be irrelevant when we provided a detailed order number. Laziness will get you nowhere. Have a good day. The one who loaded the car was great. But the female inside could use some training.

Poor customer service in the checkout area. Only two checkers open. Lots of self checkout, but Walmart isn't giving out discounts for self checkout. I was going to buy $100+ worth of car care products...nope! This store sucks!

Azle’s Walmart applied $15.98 shipping charges to two cans of green chilies totaling $2.98. The items were to be included in a curbside pickup order. Azle’s Walmart says they are not responsible for shipping charges. Corporate Customer Service’s response was similar. The APP is a continuous loop trying to cancel an item which makes it as useless as the new no assistance, no accountability store policies.
