My wife waited in line to pick up my pain medication, we were just coming home from my surgery and I really needed those. Now I understand they close at 1:30pm for lunch which would totally be ok…. If it was 1:30. She got up there at 1:28 and was told they’re now closed for lunch and to come back at 2. That’s a really horrible thing to do to someone especially a person who is in a lot of pain.

Good place to shop if you have the money, prices are almost 3x Walmart or Target, but you’re paying for the “convenience” most employees are polite

This pharmacy is terrible. It's full of the laziest, most incompetent employees possible. All working super slow but don't hesitate to leave customers to go take thier break. Drivers in the pharmacy drive through can sometimes see pharmacy workers outside taking a smoke break.

The store itself is ok I've never had any problems with it but the pharmacy is the worst they always try to overcharge you if you're not watching they always have some kind of a excuse if you have a app for your insurance it will tell you how much you should be paying for your prescription or even the prescription history on the walgreens app I've got to change pharmacies

The drive through is awful here. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more each time you come!

I wl never use Walgreens again. Overpriced on medications...with and without insurance. I will keep using Brookshire Pharmacy. They always find the best price and very loyal to their customers

They are the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. They are always under staffed. The lines are always long inside & out!! I would go to cvs if my insurance accepted them!

Pharmacy. The line is worse outside. Ridiculous. I came three times today, and not once was it manageable for the staff. The store itself is clean, and stocked. They need more help in this pharmacy.

Staff is great. Walgreen’s in general is a disappointment. Please, hire more staff. Instead, they’ve chosen to shut down the 2nd drive thru lane. With the amount of money flowing through pharmaceuticals, there is NO REASON to not hire enough staff.
