Would give 0 ⭐️ if possible. Left our friends' house in the area to travel & drove out of our way to be at Azle, TX store when they "opened at 9:00am" bc hubs' SIM card died. Got there at 9:06. Doors locked, lights on, no cars in parking lot. Hubs banged on doors & windows but no response, looked at all markings/signs on door, spent nearly 10 minutes trying to rouse someone. Sign on door said they opened at 9:00. Called from parking lot and no answer beyond automated system. Went on down road to Decatur store and got what we needed. Our friend called Azle store and said we were there at 9:15 but no one there. Lady told her they had a meeting and there was a sign on door. That was a lie/coverup…there was NO such sign!! and no cars around. Regardless, why would you have a meeting during business hours and leave no one available to help customers? Manager should be fired! That is a BAD business practice!!

Morgan was so helpful! Getting us on track with great phones and plans just what we needed. Very transparent could answer any questions we had. Great deals with amazing phones. Super nice and helpful. Even offered stuff for our kids we had with us to make them more comfortable. Got us in and out. No hassle. Step up all our phones and accounts. Flawless service.

OMG! Lance is a life saver! He fixed all my phone problems! It only took 10 minutes.
I am so happy that they have such a smart, caring guy to help people who are smart phone illiterate. He definitely deserves a raise and a pat on the back for a job well done!

I went to the Verizon store in Azle, TX Saturday 7 April 2024, and my salesman Morgan McCreary was my salesman. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He did not rush me and was a true professional through and through. I highly recommend Morgan McCreary to anyone wishing to get a new phone or a new Iwatch.

I went to Verizon from AT&T. I went to the Azle Texas store, Morgan was the gentleman that took care of my family acct. I left with 4 phone lines. We went back and bought our extras, cases and so on. We are very happy with the service we recieved

I’ve been having an issue with my Verizon Cloud. for over a month and I just wanna praise Andrew London at the Verizon store in Weatherford Texas for his customer service going above and beyond trying to help me resolve this issue. He is the reason I keep going back to that store and to be commended for this.

To Bryanna at Verizon. Had to switch carriers from ATT to Verizon. Anyone who has done this porting numbers over has to know what a nightmare it is. Well let me tell y’all this young lady has been on the phone with me non stop since yesterday. I was having issues with the Internet she drove to the shop Unique 1 Concept LLC to help me personally. If you are thinking ? of changing please see her she’s more than amazing and goes above and beyond for you!!!!Thanks love ??? The best ever to Management great job hiring her she’s a keeper for sure ???
