OMG! Lance is a life saver! He fixed all my phone problems! It only took 10 minutes. I am so happy that they have such a smart, caring guy to help people who are smart phone illiterate. He definitely deserves a raise and a pat on the back for a job well done!

I went to the Verizon store in Azle, TX Saturday 7 April 2024, and my salesman Morgan McCreary was my salesman. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He did not rush me and was a true professional through and through. I highly recommend Morgan McCreary to anyone wishing to get a new phone or a new Iwatch.
